Hi Everyone,

My wife and i are new to this process we are attending the free seminar this friday and are very excited to start a better life for each other and our new born son. As a "newbie" i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on where we should start, like what book or books should we start with because we have no idea where to start. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Need help from Sub-ject 2,Lease-Option Investors

The strategy I normally like to use is wholesaling.I answered an add on CL that was in a great area.I asked if I pay cash and close quick what is the lowest you will take.And this is their response:
Well, since I owe $279,000 on the house, I would have to "pay" cash out of pocket to sell. The most cash I could come up with would be $10,000, so $269,000 is the lowest I could go. If you have Cash, then this would be the same as assuming the loan and you would save thousands in finance costs and thousands in realtor costs.

What can I do?

I need to make more of a committment to REI and writing a journal is just another committment. Today is as good a day as any. I have been contemplating this for some time.

I began my REI journey in August of 2011. Well I was out of state and had some time to kill. I was on my computer and I had gotten an email from David Bach whom I had used his teachings to get out of my financial Jam. I just didn't know enough financially to do so, but once I applied his techniques I became captain of my own ship.

I give up. I tried and tried. Spent money I didnt have for signs and got nothing. Placed flyers on cars and got nothing. Called 150 preal estate agents and the ones i get to work with me only want me to buy their rehabs. I try to get hard money lenders and all I get are money down ones or they want full detailsincluding where the money is spent on and they want the receipts. I tried coastal vending and insiders cash

NEW YOUNG INVESTOR, saying HI!

Hi everyone! My name is Denni and I am a 21 year old entrepreneur focused in real estate investing/wholesaling. located in the 562/626, CA!!

I've also just finished Profits from Real Estate Right Now and i am currently looking for A Real Estate Agent...Building my buyers list through craigslist... and planning to make 50 homemade bandit signs for this up and coming Friday!
I am definitely excited to implement the 25:1 strategy once i find an agent!!!!!!! haha! =D

KA Investing GREEN

Attended Armando Montelongo's seminar/workshop on Mar 30, 31, may 1. I learned a lot in the three days of instruction. So much to cover was able to receive cd's and reading material to start.

I am from NC so I have been doing so much research online trying to track down mentors. Met with Larry goins for apprentice April 15 no go. Wanted to start me out on the sales side and might have gotten stuck there.

I have bought Dean's 2 books as well as got a copy of day trading from Larry Goins. I have finished Larry's book April, 8 2012.

Done with Armando's 4th book. April, 12 2012

Need to watch both cd sets.

I have downloaded most contacts and started to build my team of experts April, 12 2012

I had my realtor send me properties that were on the market for 90 days or more.I looked for as-is,vacant,and needs rehab.So I put 25 offers in and 2 got accepted.So I said wait,this isn't right,if i got 2 offers accepted then I must have bid to high.I offered higher then what my gut felt.One of the deals I backed out during inspection,because I knew I was too high.The other offer I went with and sold it in 2 days.

The seller was so motivated to sell,I know I could have got it for 35k.Always go with your 1st instinct.

The new youngest socal real estate investor

Hey Everyone,
My name is Alan and I just turned 21 years old. Fulltime student/Part time Worker with a decent amount of cashflow. I have no experience or any real estate background but currently spent over the past two month's to a handful of seminars (richdad real estate($200), armando montelongo(free), NationalAchieversCongress($200), and the millionaire mind intensive(free). This drove me to the conclusion that becoming an investor and owning a business is the exact goal I will achieve.
During my free time I am either spend time on reading books or listening to webinars. This is the very start of my career as an investor and I honestly wouldn't be wanting to do anything else.
