I am currently a 21 yo college student. My plan is to begin investing ASAP through the help of this website and the resources I have acquired through DG. My ambition is to eventually run my own LLC and use young investors to help market my strategy to make $$$. I have currently been active in my due diligence for the past 3 months and now look forward to building my team. After calling a few realtors, I have realized that this is possible and anyone can do it. Also, I have called other local investors and now have an opportunity to work as a "bird dog" to help learn the process. On the current day, I am still a young confused newbie in the REI world but nothing is going to stop me.
