I was wondering if anyone knows who PMI is and also has anyone worked with them? My wife and i are apart of the success academy and we recently received a call from them and they offered a more hands on approach, to be mentored one on one. I was just wondering what everyone has to say about them because we have invested a lot of money into this already and PMI is asking for more and i do feel it could be beneficial but it is a huge risk although how we will know if we never try. any input would be greatly appreciated.

I’m here in Florida and have a question about a Short Sale I’m about to make an offer on. I have ROI and a contract plus a power of attorney from the sellers. So far so good now what kind offer can I make to the lender?
I know in the passed I have read that lenders might lease option, or even be willing to offer cash for a deed from me that I would be able to get. Does this sound like anything that might?

could someone please tell me which form would be appropriate for an Option to Buy. This is not a lease option but just an option. Thank you

Help, please. I have found a property, on which I want to make an offer. My question is, do I get it under contract, using the fast cash offer, or do I first inspect the property for need repairs. How can I make an offer, when I do not know the ARV? Thanks for your help. Also, as a wholesaler do I first need to have it professionally inspected, before offering an assignment. Thanks again.

Then the Holiday jumped in my way
The good news is my husband and I had a few days to just hang out with each other, trust me with the man's work schedule that seldom happens, and he's in line and on board with me about REI!

We've agreed on a basic outline that essentially says I must earn the money via methods in the book to pay the tuition for advanced training.

I can do that.

I am clear on my Why.
And that's all about The Freedom To Choose.

My 30 day goals are getting clear.

I am looking for someone in CT that would mentor me. I want to do your work for you step by step so I could learn the process and contracts.

I have just recently been blessed by saving the two properties that were in foreclosure, but we still have to keep up the payments on those and a bunch of other bills that are behind, I would appreciate if anyone in CT would work with me to show me how to get things going. I don't have room for any financial mistakes so I would feel more secure if someone that knows what they are doing would work with me.

Am I terrified- Yes. I have a partner that doesn't believe this stuff could be done and basically I have to work alone, and make it work to prove it to him.

I forgot to mention I also have no money,I love working with real estate even
before I read deans book which was like a sing from god someone just gave it
to me to read. I readit all non stop in a 3 days every free time I had.
I was so overwhelm with all the information. Im surprise I still remenber everything from time to time.
my wife not legally also helping me by becoming a real estate agent shes almost done the course.
The only problem is i got fire form my job and now we are both unemploy, have no money living on credit card,with only a
balance of 300 or so dollars that I can use to invest on this but i really need get some money to pay my bills,
I was thinking of using this money for the succes academy but i still have to make poster and stuff

I was just wondering if you are using a REA in an assignment what is it that they receive? I am new to the DG family and i feel like assignments is a good way to get started. If anyone has any advice i would appreciate it.

I got Deans Books from his free seminar. Got excited about it and bought his program to goto the 3 day workshop. Then got more excited with butterflies. Signed up for advanced training. Now awaiting for Boots on the ground workshop. In the mean time just hitting this site a lot. Reading his books and watching dvd's. Lots of information to take in. Plus I'm a novice at REI. But i am motivated learner, to get out of that rat race.

Hi guys Ive been browsing the site now and then, Ive made a few posts but Decided it was time to introduce myself. My name is Dave and I live in CT. I actually joined the success academy a few months ago and am working on trying to get my first deal.
I work as an automotive technician. Times are tough for us because it is so slow and our pay is commission based. I want a better life for my kids and to spend more time with them while there small. I love being with them, but I feel so beat all the time for working as hard as I can that i dont feel our time is as quality
as it can be.
Anybody here in CT have any pointers or want to get together as fellow DG members let me know.
