I would recommend Become a Real Estate Millionare, and then 30 days to REal estate CAsh. I also recommend the profit from real estate right now. I think others have read some or all of his books and everyone has their own preference. I did not read in this order, so really it doesn't matter which order, only that you try to read them all because they are all different. I just really like the Profit from REal estate, Millionaire one and 30 days as they laid out the plan. Best Wishes!!

There are some vets on this site and very vocal anti-spammers who will post stern (if not outright rude) responses if they don't know everything reasonably possible about you up front. Avoid all that headache by completely filling out your bio. That's day 1 stuff.

Day 2 stuff - Remember, if you ever ask about a property or potential deal, always offer all the particulars up front as well. Failure to do so will result in similar reactions from the same types of people (see Day 1 stuff above).

Day 3 stuff - All of Dean's books are great, and no, he did not pay me to say that. Each one stands up perfectly fine on its own. But, the best order to read them is the order they came out:
1) Totally Fulfilled
2) Be A Real Estate Millionaire
3) Profit From Real Estate Right Now
4) Your Town Your Real Estate Profits
5) 30 Days To Real Estate Cash

Every one of Dean's books is still relevant, effective, and not the least bit outdated, either. However, there is a growing army of people who post claiming to have read Dean's newest book only, when in fact, they haven't even ordered it yet. You can spot them because they ask questions that anyone whose read it would already know the answers to because he explains them in his books! This misstep will get a similar reaction to Day 1 and 2 above.

Other advice I can give:
Watch all the success videos that you can.
Help us find and remove SPAM posts.
Quoting the Bible is perfectly fine, but has been done to death here.
Check out all the textual smileys to make sure you get your point across correctly.
Watch all the Dean videos that you can.
Learn as much as you can, but don't try to cram or force it into your mind.
Start with the approach that works best for you first.
BUILD A BUYER'S LIST and RESEARCH YOUR MARKET are cardinal rules on this site. Break them at your own peril.
