There is a book called 30 days to Real Estate Cash by Dean. Don't know which book you read. There is also a post with this same title, look under the search tab for this title and it should tell you how to find both buyers and seller. Best of luck.

Wow, I am surprised to see someone put full time REI on their profile. Most people I have seen on here are still working plus doing this! It's very rare I've seen full timers! This is a blessing! Well, I just wanted to stop by and say hello and thank you for reaching out to me! I may be new, but in the past couple of months I have been very PROactive! With anything I do, I always give my all! I definitely feel that this is a great career, as I have always wanted to rent out homes!
