Just recieved my books today and strangely felt like Christmas morning?! After my first hour and 30 pages later, I had to stop to start my journal. For starting something that is entirely foreign to me, I feel I should be doing this,... I Can Do This ! Eerily the excitement hasn't left ?! There is no turning back. Success, on my terms is the Greatest Victory. I am here to learn and share in our Triumphs together.

I just completed my Boots on the Ground training and "start" my new career as a Real Estate Investor today.
I feel anxious, nervous, hopeful and a little overwhelmed.
Everyone from DG says I need a buyers list, so I am making calls today to investors to see if I can put together a strong buyers list. Very nervous!
I am also in the process of putting a power team together.
I get an insprational quote every day, and today's I thought was excellent so I thought I would share it.

Question on this weeks weekly wisdom

Hello everyone. I've just watched the the weekly wisdom and I wanna do what he asked to do at the end but I'm confuse about how I make a profit. If I go through the list, filter the houses and find a buyer how do I make a profit by matching the seller with the buyer? Sorry if this is a stupid question I'm kind of new to this.

1st Week In

Yesterday marked my 7th day with the program. My budget is worst then tight, more like non existant. I don't own a car or even a computer so I work at the library or career center. I spent rent money just to get the program because I believe I can do this. I'm working hard putting all my time in to it and I also work a job at a grocery store but it does not pay enough to make ends meet. Thus far I have...
1. talked to real estate agents and found one to work with
2. found a title company that will do double closings
3. joined a REI club and Started one of my own (1st meeting was last night but only 1 person showed). He was a Financial Advisor, how ironic.
4. Set up two websites www.ibuyhouses.webs.com & www.smartinvestor.webs.com (webs.com is FREE).

The Edge Being Broadcasted

That sounds like a really good deal to me getting to watch the edge from your home.I need some info on it though,I'm central time what time would it air and what time would it get over for the day?The thing is I have my daughter all week end,so I wouldnt be able to watch it for the fact that I would have her.

I know that this topic can be a little misleading and I'm sorry about that. But its true!! And no, its not with a girl (not yet anyway). Its with this website and everyone on it! Forgive all the exclamation points. I'm not one to usually use as many but I'm that excited! You probably ask, "How can you be in love with a bunch of people that you've never even met?" Well, I'll tell you. I'm constantly seeing the words "DG Family" on here and it took me a minute to get it. But after reading forum after forum, topic after topic, I finally saw it. It hit me like a surfer trying to ride a tsunami!! I've never seen so much passion, love, care, support, help, etc. (the list of adjectives could go on and on) that you guys give to one another. It truly is inspirational!

I just got an e-mail back from my Realtor, for the five property’s i wanted to make offers on.
Im sure i could respond in the most professional manner & assure him that this works & not to be afraid to send these low offers out. But i wud love to hear sum advice before i get back at him...
