i'm in a target area, but relitively new to me as far as marketing.
my question is, is it smart to put bandits out with different messages on both sides?
i'm in a target area that's long distance for me at this time, but my local area for the future.
i have an internet phone # for this area and have put "we buy houses" on one side, but i'm here this weekend because of an ira investment meeting looking for buyers. i have awesome deals with a local realtor w/o the money to close. sooo..... should i put something on the other side for buyers/investors or should i put out my bandits the same on both sides?
keep moving forward, rob
Marketing to Buyers and Sellers
question about bandits
March 31st, 2012 | posted by rob clayNew Lead Sheet (seller's property info)
March 29th, 2012 | posted by Mark KThe previous lead sheet I was using was driving me up the wall. It didn't flow smoothly and the info was unordered.
I made this one up where a lot of the information can be circled instead of written to speed up your conversation with the seller.
There's also a greyed in area that pertains to tracking your marketing info to make it easier to pinpoint where your best results are coming from. There's a referral area in case you are doing referral bonuses too.
Enjoy!

getting true buyers from my signs
March 29th, 2012 | posted by femailceoI have put up only a few bandit signs, but I am getting real buyers that want homes, and now I am making offers as well to find them homes. At first the calls were other wholesalers, but now they are telling me where they want them and they live in the area as well as how many they wish to buy this year. Now just to get those offers.
First bandit signs out and about!
March 23rd, 2012 | posted by Docarmo1994Proud to say that we have our first few bandit signs out. My partner and I prepared 25 of them yesterday and put some out last night. Later on today we plan on putting the marjority that we have left. We're beggining investors and we decided to start with wholesaling. Started building a buyers list and we have 4 reliable people so far. Also, we have a few flyers and craigslist ads in circulation. Ordered business cards also, just waiting for them to get here. So excited to get started with this business and I can smell our 1st deal right around the corner. Ready to start changing our lives with this!!
Please feel free to give me any comments or tips
Thank you
I found an agent on craigslist?
March 20th, 2012 | posted by GlenA12I put a ghost ad up on craigslist to attract potential buyers and I got one response so far from a possible buyer. I also got a response from a local agent.
I've been looking for a good agent because the ones in the past didn't work out, and was surprised when I talked with him on the phone he basically said all of the right things about all the questions I had for him before I even asked! He works with investors, has done many assignments and double closings, works with a title company that does both of those and will close just about anywhere etc.
Has anyone else gotten replies on CL like this? This is the last place I thought to look for an agent.

This REALLY works!! Im soo excited!
March 18th, 2012 | posted by rsaldanaHey DG Family! Im so happy! me and my REI partner order new yellow bandit signs and wrote this with a black sharpie "3 bed 2 bath house Owner Will Finance" We put these signs yesterday in a Walmart parking lot in our town, and today we got about 25 calls!!!! in only one day!(: most of these callers are tenant buyers that have a down payment and are willing to pay a little more than what rent is in our area.
I learned this strategy from a video where Dean interviews Greg Murphy on how he does his deals with no money down. We are soo excited tomorrow is sunday and we know we are going to get even more calls than today! Now we need to find some good deals or even decent houses that we can lease option to these tenant buyers or investor buyer.
