Today I looked at 2 more properties that I would like to make offers on.... just need some basic questions answered and maybe some advice before I do anything.

I call her cell phone and all I got was a voice mail. I have some buyer waiting to buy. I'm working with some owner but that in the Maryland area. So if you can help I will be thankful.

I started my toll free number with the c o a network that Dean recommended. This is my second time having one. I am a member of the Success Academy but I don't feel like I have accomplished a lot with investing. I'm just gonna have to take it slow and don't rush it.
I've been a member since 2008 and did some real estate starting after I got my first property in 2005 in which I still own now. I have ventured into the foreclosure arena and didn't know a lot about it like I do now. I had my 1 800 number back then too and I had people call into it and I even made a few house calls to talk about their situation, but every time I didn't know how to go about it.

My names Derica. Im 16. I have been reading the books by Dean. My mom cant read english very well so we decided that i was going to do all the searching and stuff, while she does the whole loans and siging stuff. We really need the money, especially since i am a mother now. i finished reading the book and want to go for it. but im just not sure. im only 16 and feel like i have no chance here any advice?? PLEASE!

Well, here I am. After having owned DG's book for over a year and having it just collecting dust on the bookshelf filled with tried and failed attempts of making a future for myself, I finally picked up DG's book and started to read.

Once I got past chapter 3, it turned into an interesting book. You know the kind of book I'm talking about, the kind of book that if you put it down you're afraid you'll miss something important. I spent 10 hours reading the book in one sitting, by 8AM I was done. So I read it again, this time with a highlighter highlighting everything I found useful or thought I should remember.

We have been scouting around for a club in the Parkersburg, WV-Marietta, OH area and have not found anything. We have found one in Charleston, WV, a bit more than an hour away. I can attend that one but I was hoping to make the connections a local club could provide. Should I go ahead and try to start one up here even though I am brand new to all of this? Also, if I did I would want to have topics and possibly speakers lined for for the first several months to make sure it kicked off solid. Or, should I attend the Charleston meetings and see what it is all about before I jump into this? Maybe both. Any thoughts?

new to the site. trying to get the business going. re agents we have spoken to were not measuring up for investors but we may have met one to help us this afternoon. may have spotted acouple properties with promise but need to scrub the numbers now.

Just getting started in real estate investing. I am in the process of finding a real estate investor in my area and I need to begin building a buyers list. The buyers list will probably be the hardest part for me but I think going to real estate investors clubs will help a lot with that.

Ok so at this point I have to go up. I placed ads in the local paper and will place on craig's list. I found a couple of what appeared to be abandoned properties, sent a handwritten post cards to the owners, and surprise of surprises I actually got a response on one of them. This person owns two (or more) properties and wants to meet early next week. Needless to say I'm excited as well as nervous to meet with him. Of course I will be reviewing all of the tools in the books that I have from Dean.
