Ive actually just put together my buyers list and sellers list. I thank all of you for the friendly help and advice. Can anyone help me on how "EXACTLY" to put it together if im going to assign a contract to a buyer and how would I go through with a bird dog purchase. All help is needed.

Boy, what a turbulent Month...In the one Month since joining the DG Family, I have done the following:

1. 1-800 # with 4 extensions up and running
2. Flyers designed, copied, distributed.
3. Bandit Signs (They look GREAT!!!) designed, produced.
4. Free Website completed (Thanks Dean!!), and new, updated version is under development!
5. 2 Offers with one accepted! Now, I just have to find the buyers, right?? That's why I'm writing, already done!

I have been fortunate enough to meet 4 very key people to help me get my deals moved. Here's how I did it, I sure hope it helps someone...

Hello DG Family!!

My husband and I are super EXCITED to be a part of this awesome family, and thought we needed to get rolling with our own journal to document our journey

We purchased Dean's book about 4 weeks ago now, and have also joined the DG academy!! We have never been more excited and motivate to take action towards our dreams. I feel like this is truly what we've been looking for for years.

My husband and I recently got married, just had our first child and unfortunently still have full time jobs (not for long mind you!!) Neither of us have great credit, but we are willing to do what it takes to get to where we need to be. This site, and the DG family is turning out to be exactly what we need to get there!

Today I made my first offer and it was on an REO property.....AND I'M NERVOUS!!!

O.M.G. I got booted off the webinar and lost the Call and Couldn't get baCk on. I stopped at question #7. an someone give me all the info on the remainder of the Call? Is there going to be a replay?

=> Case Study: Zappos

Zappos is an online shoe store which offers free returns and free shipping both ways to all customers. It did so well that Amazon.com acquired the company in November 2009 at a final price of 1.2 billion dollars.

What most people don't know is just how close Zappos was to going under in the early days. In fact, they ran out of money so many times that Tony Hseih actually sold his own home to pay for inventory. They looked for outside investment from several different investors who all turned them down for several years.

They also at one point moved all their inventory to an outside fulfillment center that just didn't get their products to customers in time.

I've purchased Dean's last 2 packages. PFRERN and then the Your Town package. The first was last year and I read the book and began to poke around, but I didn't participate in the forums in any way. And I know that is really the best way to keep going.

Right now IS the best time to get started for me. I got hit by a car on 12/30/10 and have been off work since. My FMLA is up and I've not yet been cleared to return to work. My next appointment is 4/15 and so I'm going to spend the next 10 days staying focused and on track.

I know Dean has a website for us and I've purchased my own domain as well. I've got some ideas that I'm going to explore while I'm listening to the Fast Track Audios and following the directions.

I'm looking for other people in the Austin area to chat and hopefully meet up with to discuss and take action with. Experienced and inexperienced, I'm just looking for some local interaction.

I have a bad case of over-analysis paralysis. I've read the books, joined to academy, but I just feel like there is still so much out there I don't know or am unprepared for, and I'm terrified to make a mistake or fail again. I have no doubt this is what I want to do with my life, I have such a passion for real estate and business, the only problem is I'm all theoretical knowledge and no actual experience.

I received my kit today, and have watched the DVD included. It all feels a bit overwhelming right now...the different web sites, and books, and getting my website set up. (I received a message when trying to set up my 800# that COA Network is no longer available??)

So I decided to pace myself.

Watched the DVD, and looked over the forums a bit.

Tomorrow I will get my website set up and then figure out where to go from there!

Looking forward to major changes in my life, and meeting all the great people that share this program!
