You just keep your head up. You are not in this by yourself you have hugh support team here on the DG site. Dont let any barriers get you blind sided from your dreams and goals. Never let anyone tell you that you can't. And if they do you just prove them wrong. I know you can because I too was a single teen mother your same age. I did not let that stop me. You read Dean's books; now use Dean's strategies that cost no money.
First call as many of those signs you see offering to buy houses. They are the buyers with the money. Ask them if you can bring them deals. They will say yes. Call "For Rent" signs. Chances are these are investors with cash.
Second; Get some blank paper. Write up some flyers by hand in magic marker. Use the phrases in Dean's books. "We Buy Houses" and put your phone #, "We buy ugly houses" and put your phone #, etc... Post them nearby in markets, on poles, in community centers, on cars.
Third; never stop trying. You will do anything for your family right? Do it for yourself and them. By the time your 18 you'll be ready to act alone.

you are a blessing to your family.I would suggest studying as hard as you can on here and deans books.also you can try to find a mentor to shorten your learning curve and attend any real estate seminar or rei meetings you can to network with aS MANY INVESTORS,AGENTS,BANKERS AS YOU CAN.LET THESE PEOPLE KNOW HOW MOTIVATED to learn you are and i am sure someone will see the potential in you .good luck and dont give up for anything.
