I bought DG's book via internet on the last week of July. I actually came across DG's name in one of the success audio's that I bought from Kevin Trudeau. He suggested that one way to increase income is through real estate and he mentioned DG as one of the best RE gurus. So I went online and bought DG’s book!

Hi all - I havent posted in a while- (I've fallen off the top user list, boo hoo!) Bu finally have some new info to post! Closing my first flip on monday, the 29th. There was a little delay when at the last minute the buyers title company wanted info on my LLC - but its all good to go. And amazingly - for those of you who read my story in other posts - this house sold in ONE week! There is another on the street 4 doors down that has been for sale for months. And now I have found a bank repo/short sale right next door to that - 3 doors down from my flip!

Hello to you all,

I am starting this journal to share my dialy tasks with you all. I've spent my first couple of months just learning and asking questions. Now it's time for ACTION. My road so far as been a little discouraging, but I manage to keep my head above water. At times it felt like things will never come together, a feeling of being overwhelmed. I'm sure many of you felt that way. My family support is on the low end but I'm on the high end. Nothing they say can bring me down. I'm too strong for that. But we (DG Family) have Millionaire Mindsets.

Ok Rina, I'm starting my own journal so I don't have to hog yours! Smiling Here goes!

Last night I went to an REI club meeting with my hubby. We got there JUST in time for the start (7pm)only to find out it was canceled. WELL, we weren't the only ones that didn't know it was canceled so we all sat around the bar (they hold meetings on the second floor)and talked for a while. I was so excited I could barely talk (although that didn't stop me!).

VERY discouraged! Need some encouragement.

I have been doing this for 3 months and haven't made a dime. I've looked at houses, made a couple offers, etc..
The thing I am afraid of in making 20 offers a month is, what if one or more gets accepted? Where am I getting the money?
I cannot get any of my sellers to accept a deal with owner financing.
I have talked with 3 banks, 2 mortgage brokers, 2 hard money lenders, and NOT ONE of them will deal with me since I am self-employed. They say I need to be self-employed at least 2 years before they will even consider any of my deals.

Hi everybody!

I'm a new (yet to become) RE Investor. I received my mini course last month, and just got the great advice to post all (wholesale) deals I found right here in my journal.

I Just finished reading deans book real estate-millionare, and im very interested to continue my education in real estate.

Im not sure where to begin but i think it would be best if i maybe shootover some ideas that i have, and maybe someone can give me advice if i am taking the correct path or not.

Well folks, here it goes....

I ordered Dean's BARM book and received it just about one week ago. I'm almost done, and already using post-it tabs, highlighters, and colored pens to mark the things that I want to be able to "quick reference".

I have spent a lot of time browsing this sight the last two nights, and like what I am hearing from all of you. It just gives more fuel to the fire.
