Andre's Journal

Ok. I will introduce myself and give a little background first.

34 yr old father of a 3 yr old boy named Jayden and wife Nicole is due Nov 21st with our second child another boy. I am an electrical wholesaler and my wife Nicole is a stay at home mom.

We've been married since Dec 04 and we haven't purchased a home yet. We're a young family and to me I think we were lucky not to by our home yet because these past few years, our first as a family, the housing prices were at the peak and we would have been stuck just like countless others with houses they can't afford.

Hey guys! Welcome to my Daily Journal. Thought i would start one to document my progress each and every day in my quest to "Become a Real Estate Millionaire".
Each day i will do my best to document what i do whether it be personal or Real Estate related. Just to give you guys a personal taste of what goes on in a REIs life. I am 21 years old with no Real Estate experience and i am pretty new to the site. SO Anita, Rina, Elena, Debbiejo, don't laugh Sticking out tongue

Feel free to post any questions you may have for me and i will do my very best to answer them. Hope everyone is having a great day! Laughing out loud

Keith' s Journal

I purchased BAREM a couple of months ago. I stopped reading it but everyday something about my situation (professionally/financially) kept nagging me to pick it up again. I'm almost finished and hopefully will be able to purchase the TALD course within the next two weeks.

07/18/2008 $125K Home Equity Loan

Hi Everybody. Today I got an email from my bank telling me that I was pre-approved for a $125K home equity loan. I haven't bought any real estate yet and I don't own a home. I know there is a really great opportunity waiting for me with this money. I just haven't figured out what to do with it yet. If anyone has any ideas or input it would be greatly appreciated.

Ryan's Journal

Well, since I have nothing to do at the moment and i still have an hour before I have to go to work, I figured I would start my journal. It seems like a really great way to keep myself motivated and let everyone know my day to day operations in my new venture into REI. It obviously wont be full of investing stuff right now because I dont even have the book yet (so anxious to get it and start in it ASAP) But for now... it will keep me sane Sticking out tongue

Day 1: Thursday July 17, 2008.

My "Why Not Me?" Journal/Blog

Yesterday I commented in someone else's blog the idea of having the thought, "Why not me?" when we consider making a move that will improve the quality of our lives.
Interestingly, I was watching the last few minutes of "The Big Idea with Donnie Deutsch" and, there it was again as Donnie said to someone on the show in talking about his desire to get started in one area, "I asked myself, 'Why not me?'"

James' Journal.

The journal of an “aggressive” twenty-year old college student.

One Month Ago.
Neogiated a deal with owner on a vacant lot on my street for 32,000. The property is a little over an acre. It’s a lease with an option to buy.

Cleaned up the overgrown trees, grass. I spent one hundred dollars and got about a thousand dollars worth of lawn work done.

Three Weeks Ago:

I continued to make improvents on the property by simply maintaining the area and knocking down the old, old trailer on it. I got rid of the trailer pieces the same week. Now that was a job!

6/14/08 on my way to Toledo Ohio to possibly buy a foreclosure, as i sit here on my laptop i am checking into other foreclosures, kids watching a movie{bethoven}. They are just as excited as my cuzz and i. I will continue my journal probably this evening and keep everyone posted on how i come out. I am going to try to purchase this foreclosure with 2 or 3% down and go take a look at others and maybe a triplex.
