Selecting a Real Estate Agent

Hi, I'm looking for a Real Estate Agent and I've called a few but I feel like I can't be totally honest with them. I say I'm a cash buyer but I don't have cash. I'm trying to build my buyers list but I don't have any yet. Any advise on how to have confidence in dealing with an agent. Thanks

RBBP Program Continues to Overdeliver!!!

I can honestly say that the Rock Bottom Blueprint Program has BY FAR...let me say it again...BY FAR surpassed my expectations of getting one's money's worth! Sadly, up until this program, I've never heard of Dean Graziosi. So initially although I was a little skeptical, I still bought into Dean's heartfelt message in that first RBBP promo training video and each one thereafter. But I'd be lying if I didn't say that I did second-guess the cost to enroll into this training program. Man I am SO glad I chose not to listen to that little voice in my head. Listening to my heart instead and choosing to go forward has been the best decision ever Smiling

RBBP Non-call 9-27

All of you guys that were on that call, please post here or pm me or AndyS. The 2 threads that were posted the other day were inadvertently deleted or went mia for some reason. Supposedly there have been some glitches on the forum as per Jeremy. So, Charles, ceasar, Jo-Lyn, etc. I can't remember everyone, but if you were there, let's keep in contact! Smiling

Going All In

I realize that my situation is like many of you out there.

When I bought the RBBP I was managing a shop that required me to work 60-75 hours per week. My only gauranteed day off was Sunday.

I do not get a traditional lunch and since I never know when the phone will ring or when the next customer would come through the door I was unable to work the RBBP during the day. I was getting up at 3:30 in the morning to watch the edge DVDs and read through the fast cash recipe. I was burnt out and had no time to spend with my wife and my daughter.

My job is just getting in the way of our future. Since the only future in my job is working my life away and missing out on my daughter's childhood I have quit my job and Real Estate is my new profession. I am taking a risk since that was my family's only source of income but I am not going to continue to watch my daughter grow up via text pics from my wife. I deserve to be a part of my daughter's life and I will not accept it any other way.

It is hard to believe that we are in our 5th week of the RBBP program. I will miss the 9pm EST calls. I just got a call about joining the Success Academy. I am on the fence without knowing the details or the cost. It seems like the RBBP has given me plenty to keep me busy...

90 days cash buyers?

I had my agent pull up all the cash buyers from the last 90 days in Salt lake county, UT. He did put some restrictions on it based on what we had just before spoken about-starter homes, SFH, under $130,000. I didn't mention to put these restrictions on the "90 days" list so I imagine that's what he thought I wanted.

Anyway, I only got 35 listings, and most of those (about 28 or so) are banks or other lending/mortgage companies. I'm guessing they're repossessing them. I didn't realize that would be included under the "90 Days" list. Has anyone else had similar results?

I know restrictions were put on the search, but only 35 listings? Does that seem right for such a large metro county?
