Mr. Aloha

I have been humbly grinding it out in the Real Estate/Mortgage Industry for over a decade now. Worked for several real estate brokerage firms, mortgage banker/lending companies in California and Hawai'i. Currently work for one of the "BIG 3" financial banking institutions in the state. Also a licensed realtor as well. With unemployment at record highs and still continuing to soar here in paradise, I do appreciate my current situation. However, it's not exactly the path to financial freedom. But I'm working on changing that

Prior to the release of the RBBP, I've never heard of Mr. Dean Graziosi. But since that first promo training video, I was absolutely hooked! Cliché as it may sound it truly struck several chords within me. Just wished that I was exposed to DG and this website earlier

Nevertheless, Dean rejuvenated my passion for real estate with the unveiling of his Rock Bottom Blueprint. The "aha" moments...WOW! It's as if I've been collecting RE puzzle pieces for 10+ years but never quite knew how to apply and connect the pieces to this puzzle...until now. Although I've never met Dean and will probably not meet him anytime soon, I feel the need to say Thank You! Or as we say in Hawai'i - Mahalo! Having always gravitated towards the Buy-and-Hold strategy - The nuggets, secrets, and gems of other investment strategies that I've been learning AND NOW APPLYING have been motivational steps in a positive cashflow direction! And for that alone, I am grateful
