Real Estate Agent Email Response to my Homework Question

-- Are there bedroom, sq footage, location limitations that you feel strongly about?

2. What is your timeframe for purchasing a property? Are you ready to move quickly? Would you be willing to sign a 6 month exclusive right to represent with me as your agent?

3. In terms of financing, how to you plan to fund the purchase of the properties? Are you a cash buyer or will you be using bank financing, a hard money loan, or something else? I will need to obtain a current proof of funds or prequalification letter before I can begin searching for properties for you. I would need it anyway for any offer we were to write up.

How would you respond to these qestions it appears he did not answerer any of my questions?

I Tried to ask this question in the search box but got no results. I would like to access the RBBP Back Office to download the Transactional form that Carol Stinson was going to post there for those of us that listened to her Mentoring session tonight.

Business Card Ads

I am trying to use Done_For_You_Marketing_2.0 to make my business card ads. I'm having a lot of trouble taking the one I like, says something like "Warning! Information banks don't want you to know...", and turning it into a card that will print out on my business card stock. Any help would be apriciated!

Dean's new book - 30 Days To Real Estate Cash

I just got my copy of Dean's new book and I tried to watch the first video - www.deangraziosi.com/30daywelcome and I can't find the video. Also, on page 23 I'm told to watch the blueprint page #1 video with Matt Larson but I can't find it either. Can anybody give me and the other readers the correct links to these videos?

Aloha Everyone! I am brand spankin' new to the DG world and am absolutely ecstatic to be a part of the DG family I want to thank everyone who has posted and continue to share their experiences on the RBBP thread. This site is awesome! All the information has been and continue to be extremely valuable and useful! I'm still going thru the Rock Bottom Blueprint myself but the information thus far has been jammed packed with nuggets! As recommended, I just joined my local REI club here in Hawai'i, but am trying to see if there are any DG family members here "locally" on 'Oahu, HI. Would love to hear from you.

The Rock Bottom Blueprint from a distance

I purchased many of Dean's books and have just started learning about the RBB. The problem I'm having is that I'm worried that I'm too far away to do any of this work. I'm all the way in Vancouver B.C, Canada, and the houses here on average are about one million dollars. It seems to me that most of the success is from the States, and that is where I want to start investing. Is it impossible to invest in Real Estate from where I am in the States?

Follow up Letters and Postage

I found a few services on the net that look up peoples email addresses by their name. This could save a lot of money on postage. Has anyone tried this? Does it work? Is it as affective to send an email to a expired listing or buyers list you get from your RE agent, or should a letter be used.

Properties Selling at listing price or a little above

I live in Southwest Florida. My RE agent sent me a list of cash sales yesterday for the past 90 days for an area I'm interested in. The list has about 200 sales on it. The properties are selling for asking price or slightly above. My agent tells me that a lot of the properties have mutiple offers. Has anyone else come across this in your area? Has anyone had any success buying in this type of market? Whats the best way to work a market like this?
