OfflineI received my kit today, and have watched the DVD included. It all feels a bit overwhelming right now...the different web sites, and books, and getting my website set up. (I received a message when trying to set up my 800# that COA Network is no longer available??)
So I decided to pace myself.
Watched the DVD, and looked over the forums a bit.
Tomorrow I will get my website set up and then figure out where to go from there! 
Looking forward to major changes in my life, and meeting all the great people that share this program!

Where you need to go now is you need to learn where to find and how to evaluate discount properties. That is the PRODUCT in our business right? Think of a fast food place with all the nicest signs, a beautiful website, hundreds of people lined up to buy but they have no hamburgers, don't know where to get them or what a tasty hamburger is made of and what it should cost. The issues are the same in ANY business, you MUST have a product to sell, know how to get it, what to pay for it and what to sell it for. Everything else is a waste of time and you are just playing around until you solve problem number ONE. Your product. This is reality and it is the hardest part of our business, everything else is easy. Everything else is a distraction until you know how to find, evaluate and fund discount deals.

Take it one step at a time! Don't get overwhelmed. Your kit came with a lot of tools for your tool-belt to make things happen and begin a new career in real estate investing. Don't be afraid to ask questions and don't ever give up! You have a lot of great people on this site that are experienced in investing and many that are starting out just like you. We are all here to help and support each other. Take a deep breath and move forward step by step - you are going to be great!!
