I have had Deans book "Be a real estate millionaire" for about a year and a half now and I have read it twice and I'm still not getting the whole picture or I'm just afraid that I might not know what I'm talking about or that I might make a real estate purchase and dig myself into a big whole mess.

Today was last day of my regular F-T job-company was dissolved. I have been trying to do bits and pieces of this Real Estate program "part-time"- so now have "full-time" availability. Met with a Local Seasoned Real Estate Investor who has several bird-dogs putting out her bandit signs and working deals out from there. I took a bunch out this evening and about 1/2 way thru was "caught" by a local cop/bandit signs illegal here-against city code. Cop made me feel like a jewelry thief-i'm just putting out signs for goodness sake...anyway-put a damper on the evening.

Not much time this morning for analysis, but I will come back tonight hopefully if I'm not to absorbed in the material I am learning and completing assignments.

I woke up early this morning. Real estate is becoming a love affair for me. Never had this experience with a career.

Good morning all, I have a question? I found a buyer that I'm bird dogging for, My question is once I've found a property that he wants will he and I settle my fee at the closing or would that be done informally say at one of our kitchen tables?

One day after my birthday. I had a wonderful day, enjoyed my 25th birthday with my partner and I am a very blessed man, Thank God.

I am now reading "Profit From Real Estate Right Now." I am in chapter 4, Using Automation to Cash Big Checks. I have to admit that this book has a lot of great information. I am new to REI and so far so good, I am having a blast getting all this knowledge.
