PS how is your investing going and are you in the academy
Are you an Agent? I market other investors and FSBO owners properties to my buyers list which consist of over 1000 buyers that are investors. Basically this is done by just clicking my send button from my website. I will either sign a finders fee agreement and or options contract with the seller. It's pretty straight forward. If you have other questions I recommend you join the sucess academy.

Now that use say it this way iy makes a bit more sense too me and yes about bein an agent or at least i used to be I am working on my own with investing and just starting back up actually and yes I am part of the academy. by the way you really have a buyers list of 1000 very impressive I would be happy with just ten more right now. perhaps you can share some ideas on building the buyers list I am going to be involved the the tuesday call at six my time
any additional tips will be appreciated I need to make this roll for the next ten years

Fred, You do not have to be licensed to market these properties as long as you have written permission to do so by the seller. I actually do this and get paid very well. I also market properties for rent for my Investors.
It is basically a form of marketing. If the property is also listed with a Realtor the seller must have an exception in the contract with the Realtor that states that he will also be marketing the property and if he finds a buyer before the Realtor does than the contract between them is void.
News papers market properties all the time without a license. They just have permission from the seller who placed the add.

Jason explained to me how he does this in a later post and the way he stated how he sells property looked straight forward to me
I guess I got abit nervous because I used to sell real estate
I like the way Dean approaches the business rather than being an agent
I will be working on the now that the holidays are winding down
Been doing the success academy and went a bit too fast one of the coaches advised me to slow down and work all of the action steps as they come.
I have sold one home that I have owned for a year and a half.
