just touching base ,I have obtained an agent,lawer,read the books several times found 125 houses to put on my list as (matt) said. working with realtor on some offers at present. My Agent is heaven sent she is listening to me and together we will concore no money down strategies.

I am having way to much fun reading your journals. It is 8:30 PM in Florida and I have to continue reading. I did do the following this evening after having read some journals:

Made an appointment with a Cashflow acquintance (Robert Kiyosaki) who has recently obtained her realtor license in Florida, explained what and I needed.
She is willing to help me make those offers that may sound offending and also help with the buyers list.

We will be meeting on Friday.

Today I get a call from an investor... He is due to call at any minute and I am nervous! I am going to try so hard to sound like I know what Im talking about, but I'm not quite sure yet if I due. Putting out the adds was the easy part, now I actually will be talking to a potential buyer. Please I need some incouragment.

I am going to start this today.. Well here goes should I share my successes and my up and downs in geting on track in the business.

I am starting over again and my goal is to make as much money as I can in the new year which is only a few weeks away. I am on my way.. Later I will come back and talk about some of the things I am doing in real estate that is currently making ends meet. This is a fulltime job for me so I must give this business my 100% anything less is not an option..

Today is my first day posting in my journal. I decided to use this forum because i ahve been reading about so many peole who are doing so well with the encouragment form members. I am not new to this site. I have been affiliated on and off for two years. I'm back with a new found desire to be successful. I actually have bought two books from Dean.I thought I had lost thie first one so I bought another one I have read and re-read several times and lately, I have referred to it for questions that arise.

i need someone or anybody to help me take out a loan or to give me a loan. i need some kind of finacncing for flight school so that i can become an airline pilot. whoever helps me pay for school i will pay monthly and interest if wanted. this really mean alot to me and i know i can pay it off over time with my current real estate job. the reason im asking for the loan here is because i have no credit at all and i been turned down by banks and ppl already, so im asking will anyone cosign with me on a loan, you are at no risk at all and there are benifits for cosigning with me.

Hi everybody. My name is Sean Delannoy. I have both of Dean's books. I am presently reading and summarizing Dean's book. I will say, that I have purchased so many of books like this, but Dean's is the first that is easy to understand and comes with both online teaching and forms. It is pretty exciting, because I honestly feel I can do this. I have never felt that before. My goal is to finish the book/summary and then find investors, then locate property/sellers. Sean
