I took another step forward today and returned the call to another agent this morning. He mentioned the same as others I've spoken with, or shall I say he's "conventional". That task goes on--- no problem. Also I called an attorney but she is in court right now so I look forward to hearing from her later on this morning. The wheel is turning slow but, it is turning. That's a good thing. The best part is now I see it's time to turn up the heat sort of speak. Everyday I feel success getting closer and closer.

Fight your Mental Block by telling a BIG FAT LIE!!

Recently I was listening to some audio from one of my favorite authors Robert Kiyosaki. He was talking about some experiences from teaching investing classes.

Something a psychologist in his class brought up was how saying anything about the future is technically a lie. It is a lie because technically anything you say about the future hasen't happened yet.

Now this does not mean that if you say positive things about your future that you are doing something bad by lying.

I just got both books and the special report in the mail today. I agree wholeheartedly with the belief that we are near the bottom of the real estate market in the san jose san francisco market. I am looking fr investors with cash to partner up on the upcoming deals. I did my first no money deal way back in 1981 at the age 21 with no job and attendding UC Berkeley. Bought a house from a probate sale , owner carry financing at low rate and a small down payment which i put on my college credit cards.

I guess for some time I had it in the back of my mind that if I ever got into trouble with college then real estate would be my fall-back. That was over 6 years ago and it was with my last bit of money I purchased Dean's "Think A Little Different" course and I'm still re-reading the entire set of books and listening to the CD's. I am still learning a lot about real estate and I try to get involved or dabble here and there including my first REIClub meeting.

Well OK, here we go. I've been working on getting into real estate investing for over a year. Bought Dean's books (read them multiple times) and also bought the Edge Kit. Finally, after experiencing some employment problems ( I got laid off in January) I decided that I need to develop a source of income that I can control myself! I enrolled in the Success Acedemy a couple of weeks ago and I'm off and running. I have completed the first 3 lessons and also got my LLC in process. This week I started calling 'We Buy Houses' numbers and within a 24 hour period I had 4 buyers lined up!!!
