I just took a 12 o'clock midnight drive and I have noticed that I don't look at real estate property the same anymore. It appears as if I have new vision. I have not purchased a single piece of property, yet I feel as if I am surrounded with the potential in earnings and holdings of 10 to 20 million dollars in real property in my area. How can this be that I am well on my way; because a 100% of anything is 90% mental. The information that Dean shares is extremely overwhelming, however properly paradigm shifted, anything is possible and the sky is not the limit. There is no limit.

March 24th, 2010 | posted by funokguy2Ok, Well, I guess I am feeling overwhelmed with things at this point. I am struggling between educating myself on the coursework in the success academy, and wanting to start "doing something" as far as finding and doing some actual deals. I have my business cards and my CPA is filing my papers for my Sub S corporation at this time. I want to jump in and start doing things, but I am concerned by not having completed the education at the academy at this point that I will make a mistake. I would welcome any thoughts or comments from veterans and new people alike.

We can all take a lesson on organization and prioritizing. Not to mention the probate info was outstanding. I would have never known this info had I not watched this video. I am so excited to start this MAJOR change in my life.

I am surrounded by nay sayers and family members who are not supportive. However, I have done enough research and spent more than enough money on prior systems to know that Dean "knows without doubt what he is talking about!" I am determined to post again as I do everything by the book with imagination in closing my first deal among many for the future. I do not have anyone close to me to share what is sure to come. Since I am connected to the teaching profession one of my "whys" is to utilize a percentage of my profits to annually subsidize inner-city students toward the great value of education and choosing careers that enhances the lives of others.

My first call to a homeowner
March 22nd, 2010 | posted by Longhorn LuisI called a motivated seller for the first time today. I know this is a motived seller because the sign said must sell this house asap. They are asking for $10000 down. When I called I only got a voice mail. But I must say it did feel good to introduce myself as a real eatste investor. The message I left said who I was and how I have unique strategies to help someone sell their home who has had trouble doing so. I emphasized that I wanted to help and that we would only do business if it was a win-win for everyone involved. I have yet to receive a call back, so we will see what happens.

I have only had PFRERN for a month but am reading it for the third time and taking a bunch of notes. I am working on getting my team together. You know RE Agent, mortgage broker, RE Attorney, investors, etc. I think it is important to have a great team in place before I start making offers. I just don't want to make an offer that gets accepted and not have any buyers in place or the people to get the deal done. Just getting all my ducks in a row at this point. Again thanks to everyone.
GETTING A STRONG BUYERS LIST
March 21st, 2010 | posted by blackboardI tryed several ways to get buyers on my list,I did get some names on my list,but it wasnt a very strong list,then I put a couple ghost ads in the local paper,the calls just started pouring in.on my list I have 20 investor buyers and 22 tentant buyers,I have 3 more days until my ad is done,I'm sure I will get more calls.I have all their criteria,so now I need to go and find them some great deals.I'm going to do what greg murphy did and do lease option to purchase,but I need some good advice from the dg family,alot of my tentant buyers wants to rent to own,how can I make that happen,the seller might give me only 45 to 60 days to lease it,and also do I need more paperwork besides the lease contract.one more thing,how do I know if it is a great deal.
