OfflineI called a motivated seller for the first time today. I know this is a motived seller because the sign said must sell this house asap. They are asking for $10000 down. When I called I only got a voice mail. But I must say it did feel good to introduce myself as a real eatste investor. The message I left said who I was and how I have unique strategies to help someone sell their home who has had trouble doing so. I emphasized that I wanted to help and that we would only do business if it was a win-win for everyone involved. I have yet to receive a call back, so we will see what happens.

I know how you feel on sat I went for the first time to see a home owner to talk to them about there house. it was fun and it was scary at the same time. I did rel good but I could not help them at all. but I am moving foward
