Any Atlanta, Miami or Tampa DG Members want to partner up and make some money???

Hey Atlanta, Miami & Tampa DG Members,

First, I just want to apologize to any DG member who sent an email or message to me that I didn't get back to from my last post. Please email me again at [email protected] and I will do my best to help you. Unfortunately, I am finding that I can't help everyone in all markets, and the main ones I am looking into now are Atlanta, Miami and Tampa. If you are not in these areas please feel free to still drop me an email, and I am all for helping anyone get started, to the best of my ability.

looking for Quincy, il investors

Hello dg members,I have been trying to get my first deal,my girlfriend bet me she would make more money at her new biz.health care than I would by december,so I have to do this,so that is why I'm looking for other investors, even the surrounding area,to help me out.

2nd posting on Our Real Estate Challenges

Well I think I named our subject appropriately. Seems like we take 1 step forward and two backward. As I stated in my original posting we put in an offer on a house that needed a LOT of work. That being the case we submitted a really low offer. Our realtor was given the listing and at the time of our offer, she hadn't determined the listing price yet. Well come to find out, she listed the house higher than what she told us it would sell for. The bank has asked for an extension which we gave, but now they're sitting on it - no doubt waiting for a better offer.

Liz's Journal, Phase 1

Hi, DG family –

Decided after several months into this, my online journal was a little overdue. Started REI late-summer, but the closings timeline had some major interruptions. At the same time we started, my husband and I moved my elderly mom from her home near NYC, her house of almost 50 years, to be with us in Richmond, Virginia. Her situation was a huge “why” for jumping aboard REI. But mom didn’t weather the change. After getting her settled, she suffered a massive stroke and died a few weeks later. Her care unfortunately cost us both our jobs as licensed insurance agents, just before Christmas. We're still regrouping, but we’re pressing on toward the goals we first set (Phil 3:13-14). The Success Academy’s been great in keeping us focused.

If A Home Is Listed for sale on the MLS

I have a question. If a home is listed on the MLS, under forclosure does it mean that it is a REO? And if not how long does the owner have bf it goes into forclosure? or how do I find the auction date rather? And assuming that the property hasnt and the the seller has an option to find a buyer for it before it gets auctioned, if this is possible(and I have a buyer) what would be the appropriate way for me to match the buyer (who is looking to do lease w/ option to purchase) and me make money in the middle?

Thanks

new day new opportunities

I would like first thank me for having the itch to making things better in my everyday existence. Second, I appreciate the emails Dean along w/ the videos. Very helpful in my opinion. I'm just a few chapters into the book and it has me..how can I say..making my mouth water. At this point I'm putting together the team, broker/agent, contractor, and CPA. Also, making arrangements to do some more networking.

I appreciate the extra time and effort by everyone.. there's plenty of info to keep me busy...you'll be hearing from me..

Make the most of your day my fellow students=)

SD's Success Journal

Hello all, I'm a "newbie"...I thought I'd kick off my personal REI Success Journal with a copy/paste from my "About Me" section to introduce myself as I am on my way to achieving my goal of completing my first 5 deals in six months and 12 deals before my first year is over in Dean Graziosi's Real Estate Success Academy.

Here’s the link to my profile http://www.deangraziosi.com/users/sfre115 and I’ll copy/paste the text in my second post.

I want to be held accountable by the other members to achieving my goals and also network with you all as well.

Thanks for taking the time to read.

good idea or not?

I just found a website about RE training courses with an active investor and one of the top investors in my area. The training is $1000 for 2 days. I plan on joining Deans success academy next month to help me. I also think all the training I can get helps. Should I consider this training course or just stick exclusively with Deans academy. Any feedback would be appreciated.
