Hopefully My First Deal

Hello DG family,might have my first deal before long,my realator sent me some listings to me,this one in particular caught my eye,because its exactly like the one that the person on my list is been looking for,my realator suppose to write it up,then make the verbal offer,its a 4 bedroom, and 2 bath in nice neighborhood,they want 39,500,I offered 28,000 with out looking at it yet,but I will,my realator said they turned down a lower offer,and they really want to get rid of it,I will keep you guys and gals posted if all goes well.

Hi There Everyone.

I recently attended the Edge Event in Scottsdale and left with so much enthusiasm and inspiration. I am currently setting my Action Plan for the next 12 Months in my Real Estate Investing Career. I am going to take a big leap of faith and step out into the world of the unknown, well at least unknown for me. I am looking to do 2 deals a month on average over the next year, 1 smaller deal like a SFR or multifamily unit, as well as one large deal like an apartment building, mansion/luxury home, or straight commercial strip mall type deal.

It is in my nature to look at what is possible and then take that model or formula and expand it to how it can apply to a larger level of play, so that is why I am looking to go BIG.

I'm Going to Dream Again

WOW.....what an unbelievable event...the EDGE 2010 was amazing!! We almost didn't go and I'm so glad we made it happen. We drove from So Cal to Scottsdle...appx 6 hour drive and all I could say was I hope and pray that I get just ONE thing....that's all I'm asking for...one thing to help me find my direction and move forward.....I was blown away...we met so many people ...have some great new friendships...listened to some incredible speakers show us what they did..we drove home last night and I couldn't beleive how quickly it all went. I have a lot more then ONE thing to give me my direction!

How to wholesale real estate

I have been working with short sales for about 1 year now but I want to start wholesaling. I dont know where to begin when it comes to wholesaling. Can someone please help me get started?

I feel great today

Today my phone rang rang but Its was all good I post a Ad here and on face book about a property that was not on the MSL list. For a great price I had buyer email phone. I sent out a assignment contract and I will see later today who send the contract back sign. So I feeling great. I'm on my roller coaster ride.

Okay, here I go!

I ordered Dean's books a little while ago and read through them quickly once, now I am on my second time through Profit..Right Now! I am going to be ordering his next book very soon.

My real estate experience is I know people buy and sell houses (in other words NONE of my own!)

We have 7 kids (soon to be 8 in July Jawdropping! Smiling ) and have been renters all our lives. Our landlord is a nice man, but doesn't fix what needs to be done around the property. Sad The repairs aren't little things either. Both the kitchen and bath sinks need to be replaced completely since they have a lot of rot.

Back Against the Wall

So here it is, all or nothing, back against the wall... what do you do?! Most people do nothing but complain and blame everyone else for their problems, but a small percentage of people do whatever they have to in order to change their situation. I happen to be part of that small percentage and FAILURE ISN'T A OPTION. The thought of failure doesn't even process with me. I can see it now, waking up in my beautiful mansion and driving my Lamborghini to the headquarters of my business empire, which began as Real Estate but has expanded and now includes Franchises, Sports/Training Facilities, Hotels, Fashion, and Music. I have set up my closest relatives and friends with businesses of their own and I now am able to buy my mother whatever she desires.

After my partner and sister Donna and I were talking about our experiences with the real estate world, we thought this would be a great place to let everyone know what we have been through with our progress. And what it took to get where we are today.

Man do I get kick

Well today I check my e-mail to see that my seller don't want to pay me. Don and I was getting him some buyer for his commerical and SH properties. Don give me a consulting agreement contract is a bird dog agree with some few change it. Well my seller stated I do not hire a consultant and I ask him so tell me how will I get pay for getting you the buyer. No answer call Don told him what was going on, He can still do the deal with the buyer and get pay. I look at that as a lesson learn. So next! I will make a deal one day. I'm not stopping and I still having fun. The kick will hurt for a minture but I will get over it.
