Hi Everyone.
My name is Jenn and I am married to my wonderful husband Russ. We have two kids..an 18 month old girl and a 2 month old boy.

We are excited to get going on all our dreams and goals. We have read two of Deans books and we are currently enrolled in the Success Academy. We have just started to get the ball rolling on our business but we are motivated and ready to get our buyers list going.

I'm new to this and would like to learn fron RE investment deals that you made in the past. Just one is enough, then I will go from there. Thanks.

I have everything in place to start investing. I even have some houses in mind, but my problem is what to say to the investor to get him interested in letting me find him a house to buy.

I have a real estate agent and she knows only one investor. I thought about asking her to talk to him about what it is that I do and may get him to give me a call.

DO I just come out and let him know that I have a couple of homes in mind, but I need to find what kind of properties he wants to buy. This way I can see if it is one he might be interested in.

You let me know. I am just starting and really just don't know what to say to him. IT was easy to find the real estate agent because she sold me the house I have now.

I've found thousands of pre-foreclosures with positive equity, market values, and the lender and owner information. How does one approach the owner? Do we send a letter, call, what?

Hi My name is mike. I am a 23yr old out of westchester ny. So here is my story. Ever since I was little I wanted to own a building in NYC and line across from it. I have always been fanscinated by the city and love the skyline view. Luckliy my other obsession has always been money.

I have worked ever since I could charge my sister a dollar for getting her a soda from down stairs to doing her chores for an added on fee. My past businesses include a water stand (I guess when your a kid and people find you cute you can sell them anything.) Amway , and a couple do it yourself start ups. I have worked stacking logs with my dad when i was young , first real job stocking soda's, cvs then and now working at NYSC first as a personal trainer and now as the fitness manager.

THEIR HERE!! I just received my new books and DVD's. Now the journey begins.

Seeing though I have been out of the picture for a while I've decided to go back to the basics and re-read "Be A Real Estate Millionaire" to re-familiarize myself with what it is I'm trying to accomplish. It feels like I'm starting from scratch which may not be a bad thing, a lot of time it's easier to teach some one who doesn't know anything about a subject than some one who does. You don't have to try and remold old habits. I've also ordered Dean's other two books " Your Town Your Real Estate Profits and Profit from Real Estate Right Now". I'm excited just waiting on them to come. Oh, I've found a REI club in my area that meets every second Saturday of the month and I'm looking forward to attending that also.
