Hello DG family, might have my first deal before long,my realator sent me some listings to me,this one in particular caught my eye, because its exactly like the one that the person on my list is been looking for,my realator suppose to write it up,then make the verbal offer, its a 4 bedroom, and 2 bath in nice neighborhood, they want 39,500,I offered 28,000 with out looking at it yet,but I will,my realator said they turned down a lower offer, and they really want to get rid of it,I will keep you guys and gals posted if all goes well.

Way to go....Taking Action by making offers is the best way to do it. Glad to hear that you took the first step.
Having a Buyers List makes things sooooo much easier. Wasn't it great to have that list from your realtor and know what is a "good deal" according your your buyers. Without that knowledge this one may not have stood out. Great Stuff!
We'll look forward to hearing more...

Even though the offer is low who knows what the seller may come back with. I have had a few low offers accepted then come time to financing the owners back out of the financing that they had agreed to or changed it to where I would not go along with it. But one learns along the way and finds a better way the next time so congratulation on your possible first deal and keep going.
