I just searched for a property by me and totalview is showing the house next door. I know this for a fact, so how accurate is totalview? Wondering!
Marketing to Buyers and Sellers
Bandit Sign Resources
February 22nd, 2012 | posted by Mark KFrom my journal (http://www.deangraziosi.com/real-estate-forums/investing-journals/100142...)
Whenever I purchase something off the net I research it to find the best prices.
So, for me (because shipping varies for each person), the following is what I ended up getting:
From Signwarehouse.com I got the sign stakes -
A box of 50 for $36.00 + $21.22 UPS Ground
Stakes Total Price = $57.22

Marketing Land/Acreage
February 20th, 2012 | posted by sphi99My son in law's mother is a real estate agent in another town and yesterday she told me about 42.5 acres she is trying to sell. The asking price is $526,000, but she said they are asking for offers and thinks they might sell for $300,000 or less. I don't know a lot about the land except it has one mile road frontage, has two creeks and lots of trees. It is in a good location next to a major Interstate and is close to a big city. I'll be attending a REI club meeting tomorrow night and was wondering how I could possibly market this at the meeting. I have not made an offer of any kind but was thinking along the lines of connecting buyer and seller and getting a referral fee. This will be my first attendance to a REI club that is close to me, so I don't know who will be attending.

Cash Buyers
February 18th, 2012 | posted by rrozan01I'm currently working my way through the DB book called 30 Days to Real Estate Cash. In this book is a recommendation when working with a new real estate agent ask them to give you a list of cash buyers. My problem so far in attempting to work with 2 RE Agents is that they both claim they do not have access to this kind of information. My question to all DG members... Are these RE Agents lazy or do you too run into problems of acquiring active cash buyers from your real estate agent?

A gentleman left me a voice mail requesting a property that can be acquired by a lease purchase or rent-to-own technique. I'm awaiting a call-back from him so I can gather his criteria. If you invest in the above named area, please contact me.

Bandit signs WORK!
February 15th, 2012 | posted by RaemarieThey really do!! I've been fooling around with this for 5 months now. No major results. Got a few buyers on my list, but nothing to show them.
I was too chicken to put up signs, that I might actually have to talk to someone. I finally bit the bullet and put 5 up on Sunday morning. 5am. In places 1 near highway intersection, 2 by a homedepot plaza and 1 by another stop and shop and home depot plaza.
SUNDAY, no calls.
