Marketing to Buyers and Sellers

I Have Property Addresses and Most Recent "Cash Buyer's" Names,...

Can anyone on DG,...refer me to " Good or even Great SEARCH TOOLS " , for me to uncover buyer contact info, given just 1st & last names from the county site.

I'm just getting "reset". I'm waiting 4 the book " 30 Days to RE Cash " to arrive, in the mean time,...I'm building my buyers list.

Google search & Facebook have not provided the " buyer info for contact " that I seek.

Do you have any " search tools " for buyer info ( given just a name ) that I can tap into ?

Thank You,

Mark

Investment Properties Needed in SC

I have a cash buyer who is interested in purchasing apartments with 20-120 units or mini storage 20,000-60,000 square feet anywhere in SC. Both apartments and storage can be properties with poor occupancy, management issues, and deferred maintenance. Ideally he prefers a C property in a B neighborhood. If you have anything like this or know someone who does, please contact me.

Thanks,
Shirley

Ambitious college student

Hello all,
My name is Carima Forsythe,I am 20 years old and I go to Quinnipiac University in Connecticut. My mom and I are newbies to real estate and I am looking for advice on how to find and get motivated sellers for little or no money at all. Our budget is really tight and we are looking to do our first deal. Together we have built an extensive buyers' list however we have no houses to sell to them. Does anyone have any advice on how we can get sellers? Any advice given would be much appreciated at this time. Thank you for your time.

Regards,

Carima Forsythe

Canvassing

I often read at this site how expensive advertising is, including outdoor advertising, even something as basic as bandit signs, and I agree that it is. It is no matter what business one is in. So, now we've identified the problem; what are we going to do to solve it?

I know, let's sit around, whine, criticize and do nothing. Maybe we should even get depressed and have medical problems while we're at it.

I'm just kidding, of course.

Hiring someone to put out your Bandit Signs

I was reading through a lot of the posts about bandit signs and I noticed that I didn't see a lot of activity about people hiring others to place these signs for you. My success academy coach recommended that I get in contact with a local college to see if I can "hire" some students that are in Marketing programs and just have them put out my signs for me. I haven't looked into that but I am curious to see if anyone here personally pays someone else to put there signs out weekly? If so how much do you pay them and all that good stuff? I am just looking for ideas because I would much rather leverage my time in other areas if I can afford to do so.

Thanks

How To Turn "The One That Got Away" into a BUYER on your list (and add a few for FR-EE)

So...I found a vacant house about 10 months ago. No "For Sale" sign of any kind. In a great part of town, looked to be an "easy fixer". Before I could talk to who owned it, a Century21 sign popped up in the yard 2 days later. I lost all interest when I found out the "house" was LISTED and was an old mobile home with room additions. These things are junk. The property was way over priced, even if it was a "real house" it was still over priced, but I kept it "on my radar" to watch for changes. I was NOT interested in this property for any reason except curiosity ( and a huge price-drop Smiling WHO would buy this junk? And WHY?? I HAD to know!!

Finding Absentee Owners Lists

I really want to market and tackle absentee owners in my area by finding them and sending them letters. I would prefer not to drive all over town to collect addresses so I would much rather just get some lists online and do it that way. After doing some research I see that some people use companies online to get this information for a fee which all seems worth it to me. Has anyone had much luck with these online companies for absentee owner lists? I don't want to pay money for the info to be wrong or dated.

I also see people getting these lists through their county tax records or through the MLS somehow. Anyone have any pros/cons to doing it this way?

Any ideas on how to get a lot of great absentee owners lists for cheap or for free would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Nick

Any Experienced DGer's out there that are willing to co-wholesale ?

Any Experienced DGer's out there that are willing to co-wholesale ? I'll need some allies/guidance, once I get the buyers & properties ! Being a "reset candidate",.....I won't really have all of the pieces to effectively work the middle.

I'm willing to do the work, but the old adage: " It takes money to make money " is true,..it just doesn't work in my life right now. I am changing that !! With daily activity !! As I grow in the business,..perhaps we can synergize on a deal & split proceeds.

Thx,

Mark
