OfflineI have a cash buyer who is interested in purchasing apartments with 20-120 units or mini storage 20,000-60,000 square feet anywhere in SC. Both apartments and storage can be properties with poor occupancy, management issues, and deferred maintenance. Ideally he prefers a C property in a B neighborhood.
