Hi all, anyone have comments on their luck/experience with printed vs handwritten bandit signs? I've tried handwritten with not too much luck and just thinking about trying printed just to try it out. I'm not real big on the pricing that I have found though, about $3.20 (including sign) so if I wanted to do 100 would be $320. Any thoughts? Thanks, Andy
Marketing to Buyers and Sellers
REVISED: Over 100 BUYERS CALLED ME
October 14th, 2012 | posted by Louis3733Due to the several POSITIVE responses and desire for more info, here is a more clarified revision:
I planted the 24 bandit signs as instructed by Dean and Tina Hague from the Livecast and I had over 100 buyers call me over a 3 night 4 day bandit sign marketing canpaign. It was amazing. They were still calling even after I took them down Monday night!
I'm still going through all the numbers, but I have made 53 contacts to date all the way from serious multiple buyers, to Tenant buyers, single SFR buyers, and even a few sellers.
I also went to my local Investers Club meeting and got about 7-10 buyers there. AMAZING. This truth helps me more and more beilieve in all the steps we need to take to do this over and over.

Letter to divorce lawyers and probate lawyers
October 6th, 2012 | posted by Seattle MooAs part of finding potential motivated sellers, I am thinking about sending letters to divorce and probate lawyers, along with my business card.
However, I am kind of at a loss in terms of what I should actually say in the letters.
Has anyone done this already?
Also, I am keeping a journal where I post my progress in establishing my Wholesale business.
Here's my journal:
