Paid half with a credit card with no interest for 12 months, and the rest with a private money loan. Once it's rehabbed, I will refinance and pay off loans.
I actually flew in to Ohio to sign and to meet my agent in person! She is great! and actually has House #3 in sight for me!!

being able to buy a house for so little? I'm in so Cal and cheap here is $150,000. How many houses can you buy in Ohio for that? That is why I like out of state deals. And you don't have to fall in love with them. The numbers just have to work.
Curious how you found your team in Ohio? Lawyer, contractor, realtor, etc?

liked the leverage of no interest credit cards! lol alot of people overlook the resource. That's how I funded my last rehab. PM to acquire, cc to rehab (was my skin in the game) and accumulated enough miles this year on cc to cover flight to AZ - Edge and fly into Orlando for cruise - lol!

i know the deals r great here.. just make sure they are in decent area... i've seen alot of my out of state investors get burned. but as long as you have a good person who knows the area thats great.
