Hi P.J. I am very much interested in working together with you but there is only one thing. I am very new to this whole thing. Im kind of skeptical about this only because of my age. Im in my early twenties and i have very little knowledge about Real Estate. Its about to be a year since i moved out of my parents house. Beside all that im willing to start investing. Oh and i did live in The Big Apple, but now im in Delaware.

You will find all different ages and backgrounds of folks on this site with lots of success - read the books, interact on the site and go for it. Finding a mentor is also important, so networking with those who live near you is excellent, there ought to be lots of REI clubs and other DGers in NYC.

Hey Greg,
I just came back from the 3 day work shop Sunday was last day. I was not able to do the advance training or get the prop trend. So my goal for tommorrow is to talk to a realtor and run the number on this prop i found. So hopefull ill be able to get this wholesale deal done and use that money to get my LLC. So all is well so far. But I'm glad u pm me to let me know if I needed assistance.
