I was wondering if there are any members beside myself in the Boise Idaho area that I could link up with to get some help understanding this

I purchased Deans Book about 6 weeks ago. I joined the academy about 5 weeks ago. I have formed my company, website and automated phone system and now I have to just get out and make it happen.I work full-time 50-60 hours a week in the restaurant business and have struggled to get my first deal started. My credit stinks and have no cash now that I have the basics done. SO here I go. Must make my first deal in July.

Well today I had to get back to submitting bids on properties because I had kinda slacked off for about a week. I just now finished submitting 20 bids to my agent for tomorrow. Some of them were bids that I had bid last month and gotten either a "No thank you" for, or no response at all. Well I like being a pest, so here's to good times. Tonight is kinda special...mmmm mmmm mmmmmm. You know the rest(lol).

I decided to start my journal now to help keep myself accountable to achieve the goals that I need to reach. I bought BARM a few months ago from Border's and my initial want-to has changed to a burnng desire and a need-to. I joined a local real estate investment club recently and working on my buyers list.

I don't know if this site has been posted yet. This is NOT a training site. They have all the paper work for S/S and some instructional vids. I hope this helps those who are looking for info on the S/S process.

Hello everyone: My Question is that if you are a first time home buyer could the government stimulus plan tax credit be used to purchase a home that is in forelosure? I am a native of Las Vegas, and as you know we lead the nation in home foreclosures.

Also How do I go about doing this, and what is the first step into getting it done. I have ordered Dean's books have yet to receive them but was just curious as how to use the government to purchase homes.

Today, I have decided to start journaling my progress as a reminder to myself as to where I have started and to where I will be in the future.

Well after having the book "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" and BARM for two(2)months now and bidding on properties for approximately one month solid, it seems that I may be on my way to closing on my first Short Sales. I just showed a property to potential homebuyers this past Thursday. Today they contact me and say they're interested in the home and are just awaiting pre-approval from their lender. Well wish me the best and keep me in your prayers for I see nothing less than half a million dollar homes after this one.

Well yesterday/today I had my REA start putting out my first 14 offers. It's funny, I've been reading the books (and not just Dean's), surfing through the forums, talking with agents,brokers, and anyone else who could offer some nuggets of info. so I thought I was ready to take the leap. Then I stood on the edge and looked down and actually got some butterflies. It's not easy to say out loud (well in writing) how "un-manly" I felt lol. And, I'm not usually one to scare easily. Don't really know what I'm afraid of, it's not like I've got a nickle to my name that needs protected lol.
