OfflineI decided to start my journal now to help keep myself accountable to achieve the goals that I need to reach. I bought BARM a few months ago from Border's and my initial want-to has changed to a burnng desire and a need-to. I joined a local real estate investment club recently and working on my buyers list.
I just ordered Profit From Real Estate Now today and when that arrives I will have the additional information to help people with real estate issues and make money in real estate now. I plan on doing several Assignment of Contracts first before buying and holding(including my first primary residence).
I have been reviewing posts and appreciated all the good information on this site for several months, so now it's time to take the plunge.

After reviewing my Set For Life System for the third time, the PFRRN once again, and posts on this site, I am finally doing as Dean stated "Think Less, Do More, Get Results". I passed out 100 flyers this past weekend and I have 1000 door hangers ready by this coming Friday to be placed with homeowners. Joined a local real estate club and I'll check out the next auction to locate more cash buyers. Thanks Dean, Carol Stinson, Indiana-Joe and everyone on this site for all your inspiration.
