To my new DG Family,

Day 1/2 (not even day one, because I haven't gotten off the ground yet)

Here is the first entry to my REI Journal. I hope that I can join the ranks of the successful real estate success stories that I 've read and seen so much of since I have been actively becoming a part of this community. I've decided to make my dreams a reality, and by signed up for Dean's Academy today, I have officially taken action, and stepping up to the plate to brighten the financial future for myself and my wonderful family. Wow, I can't believe I am actually doing this, lol.

Wow, I can't believe I am actually doing this, lol.

I'm in the proses of making a video for deans media. I want to add effects to the blue screen with my stuff, but I'm not sure if I'm going to though! I made it but it didn't come out good! I was to quit!

06.15.09: After seeing Dean Graziosi infomercial (yesterday-Sunday), I had decide to conduct a Google ™ search to do an investigation to see whether there were reviews/complaints regarding his program like others, before deciding if this program was right for me after my experience with the Carlton Sheets program a few years earlier. To my surprise I didn’t find any well I hadn’t actually dug deeper to look for any. So I backspace & saw the web link for the DG site, click it & after reading a couple forum threads; I said what the heck and decide to join the DG site.

I am tired of my friends, family and people that I know and they tell me becareful that is a scam I am involved. I said they are wrong !! I did alot of researched before I signed on Dean's wonderful website and he isnt a scam but he helps people and he has a great heart for his people. I hate negativity and I will just keep on going and prove this to everybody they are WRONG !! Dean is the best thing ever happened to my life because I been involved with other crap before. All I can tell you that DEAN is alive and real! Thank you Dean for being here for us !

I heard that a couple in my town is trying to sell their house with raffle tickets. The ticket is like $100.00 and was thinking boy they gave to sell alot of tickets to meet for their asking price of over $225,000. This will be interesting to see if someone wins a dream house. I will keep you posted ! Have the greatest day as ever

I recently move out of an two family house. I was renting the lower three bedroom two bath for 900 an month. The owner coul not seem to keep the upstairs rented which is an one bedroom one bath .So he rented me the whole house for 1250 I move out in Febuary of this year. And the property has been vacant and the person upstaris will be moving out soon. I was charging the person upstirs 600 and and I was maintaing the property, now it looks very run down and I know the owner is loseing money wheather he has a mortage or not.Wondering What king of porposal can I make with no money down.

Anyone on this website from the Hudson Valley area ?
I would like to meet some of the people and be able to share things online. Hope to hear from you soon !

Today I start my investing career!!! I have been studying the book and the site. Calling some numbers on fsbo and learning to talk to sellers. But now I have got my first lead to hopfully my first deal!

Hi DG family I've been reading your enties for a week and thought it about time to join in. I'm new,excited,scared, and ready. I've been working on so much but so far it's all been at the computer and phone. I've been networking like cazy. I joined two investing clubs, checking out all these sites with so much information, researching real estate agents, found a broker I think I can work with,and right now my head is swimming with all the new info I poured into it. I have so enjoyed reading all the support and wisdom shared on this site. Thank-you and I look forward to much more sharing
