I worked as a NJ real estate sales agent for 11 years primarily with investors of multi-family dwellings. I earned good money but after the closing I found the real money was being made by the investors.

Using information from Dean and other contributors on this site I am increasing my real estate networking, marketing and negotiation skills to concentrate on wholesale property acquisitions, lease/options, and short sales.
