I bought Dean's book in April of 2009 but didn't feel the desire to start a journal until now.

Found Vacant House on Craigslist
September 15th, 2009 | posted by sugab28Called a fsbo - out of state owner - with vacant home. Asking $230,000. Needs fixing. Eppraisal $408-240 and zillow $381,000.
when I phoned owner he asked me 3 questions:
Is this a 1st time home for me or investment property -
2. Do I have proof of funds and
3. Would I be the buyer?
I answered investment, yes and yes.
I told him I'd look into the address for directions and get back to him to make an appt.
I don't know what to do now. Should I walk away or go for it.
Carolyn's Journal
September 10th, 2009 | posted by carolyndToday I am starting my journal. In the past month I have purchased Dean's books, became a member of the DG Real Estate Success Academy, purchased the Edge and joined the Tax Club. Needless to say, I am a bit overwhelmed with all the knowledge and tasks ahead, but I am anxious to get started investing in real estate. I have received my business documents from the Tax Club and need to submit them to the Secretary of State, but I am having second thoughts about the business name chosen. I hope to settle that in the next day or so.
Tracy Lynn's Journal - As transparent as it gets.
September 9th, 2009 | posted by Tracy LynnThis is my first journal entry and I'm not quite sure where I should start. Well, I'll begin with when and why I decided to buy Dean's book.
I ordered Dean Graziosi's book "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" around the second week of August. I heard of it through his show on television the same morning I ordered the book. I did it because I was inspired by his unyeilding confidence of certain success his system promised. That and Im in no position to take any chances of refuting any options available to me.
Chasing the Dream Journal
September 8th, 2009 | posted by Chasing The DreamHello DG family. Hope everyone had a great Holiday weekend, it went by to fast if you ask me. But how I look at it, I had a wonderful time with the most important people in my life...my family.
Getting Started......Again or Again or Again
September 6th, 2009 | posted by ChicagoLwoodThis is my first journal entry. I am hoping that by starting this journal I will be motivated to take the action required to become a successful Real Estate Investor (REI). I need to push myself to take the steps I know are nessecary. In the past I have been a novice REI and I have owned two income properties with partners, a small single family home and a 2 flat. Over the years circumstances have caused my partners and I to sell off those properties and so I am looking to get back into the market and remain for the long haul.
Success-Is-Certain...starts TODAY : )
September 2nd, 2009 | posted by Success-Is-CertainMy name is Suzi and I bought Dean's books this past June. My life is currently in a state of major transition due primarily to this very challenging economy.
The cliff notes version of my story is this: My husband's own engineering/land development company went belly up last summer. Luckily he found new employment, but was soon told they might be forced to lay him off due to lack of work. He was placed on reduced hours in April and that prompted him to send out resumes again, this time out-of-state.
