My husband and I have been on this journey for a few years now. We have some investing but limited to buying rental units. We have been stagnent for a year or so. I saw Dean infomercial and ordered the book, read it then I got the next book. Very Good! Dean made it seem easy enough that I could do it.So I am.
It is time to get started I met with our realtor today; investor "savey guy" I like him. He is interiged about us as we are him.
I am still scared. we put in 5 offers and will be doing 25 a month minimum. Oh Boy! I still haven't found my niche yet. We sent out 500 post cards and I have 4 ads on craigs list.placing more bandit signs and flyers out tomorrow. I get nervous about someone seeing me hang up the signs...
Good afternoon everyone. My name is Dan Migas and I am writing this from Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. I was introduced to Deans course about a year ago but never got serious about my financial future and real estate investing. I am a international Gulfstream pilot and spend much of my time in remote corners of the globe. My wife Holly and I have been married for 20 years and have one son in college and one about to graduate high school. I do not want to continue working for someone else and spending time away from my family.
Let me start out by just introducing myself. My name is Dominic, I am 19. I live in Northwest Indiana and work at the Sears (Willis) Tower in Chicago. I have a great view from my desk on the 86th floor, but I have a ONE HOUR commute to work EACH WAY!
I work for a Proprietary Trading Firm. I am currently trading some Commodity Futures myself. I am constantly surrounded by investors, and even some of them do real estate on the side. But a lot of them tell me to stay away from it, so I just ignore them and keep doing my thing. LOL

This is Mark from the San Antonio area. I just bought Dean's books after viewing his infomercial a little over two weeks ago.
My very first instict after ordering was "What, do I have 'sucker' written across my forehead?"
Well, I have not been able to keep the thought out of my mind that he is able to invest in real estate with no money down and with bad credit. This is why I ordered the books. I wanted to know what he had to say.
I'm very new to real estate investing. I'm currently a stay-at-home mother to three young children. I am just about finished reading Profit From Real Estate Right Now, and based on what I'd read and researched, we (my husband & I) decided to go ahead and join the Real Estate Success Academy. That took an incredible leap of faith on my husband's part, and now it's up to me to prove that it was the right move.
Not sure if this is the right place , someone let me know if it is.
