Confused.......
I'm not sure exactly what i am supposed to do when it comes to writing up a contract. do i write the contract then show it to the seller than an attorny? Do I ask an agent or attorny for a contract that would work. the seller has informed me that he only accepts offers from people who take the time out to write a contract. very ubderstandable. but how do i know if my contract is legal. do i shjow it to the attorny or an agent before the seller see it? Hittin a roadblock......Any response would help.

The Journal of Ricardo Winston
November 16th, 2009 | posted by j.ricardowinstonI began reading Profit From Real Estate Right Now on 11 August 09, and am now reading Dean's 1st book. Even prior to completing Dean's 2nd book I had completed 2 "bird-dog deals". The beauty of these deals is the simplicity, especially since I have relationships with several investors as their general contractor. However; I am more interested in applying or trying, over a period of time, each and every technique discussed in Dean's books. My first goal is to be a daily contributer to this site.
My Next Step As An Investor
November 16th, 2009 | posted by ButhaI always wanted to do real estate, after spending lots and lots of money on a bunch of scam I found Dean. I love the way Dean teach and the techniques, but unfortunately I live in MAss one of the most expensive state of the country, it makes it so hard to start. Like Greg said my credit now is in the crapper, I own my home and a rental the past year 2008 I was having some difficulty to make my payments on time, so that really destroy my credit. After finding Dean last June I decide I will start investing again, but I have no money and no credit.
KBFOSS Journal
November 15th, 2009 | posted by KBFOSSWell, this is my first entry so I'll give a little background on my self, why I started, and then catch you up to speed on where I'm at now. I'm a guy with a good job, but a lot of debt that I want to get out of and on top of that my kids are starting private school. I decided that I needed another job, but I didn't want to be away from my family. I had thought about investing in real estate before and it seemed like this was as good as time as any(11/20/08).
Rosalie's journal
November 14th, 2009 | posted by RosalieI can not remember when i joined. I just remembered that i ordered a book from Dean and I read it. I found this REI Center from the notice that came congratulating me of my purchase. I have visited this site only a couple of times, but i have ordered most all the books that Dean have to offer. I read all of them, but not with the same dedication that you all have. I have watched the EDGE, but i have not used the AFF, because I did not know/ have not figured out to use it. When it comes to computers, I just am at a loss.

To bring everyone up to speed who reads about me, who will read about me, or see's me in a video coming sometime soon I hope, or maybe in an interview with Dean this coming year, I just want to tell everyone about what point I was at in life when I started this REI journey so that everyone knows what a rags - to -wherever story really looks like. To inspire others with yet another story of someone who made it work.
On my way to a Mill-ticket.
