HELP WITH REA AND LEAPING TOWARDS SUCCESS???
November 19th, 2009 | posted by puertoricani cant find any real estate agents in my area who dnt ask for proof of funding or an escrow account or letter. i beleive an agent is very inportant to my work and to me in order to launch my success. as im still a begginer i kno it wld be difficult for me around the edges when it comes to doing assngment deals on my own. i say this because the paperwork will be a little bit confusing for me, as well as trying to explain everything to the buyer and seller. so if the case is that i cant get an agent to help me out, where do i go from here. im stuck....

November 19th, 2009 | posted by puertoricanok i took action by calling a real estate agent and asking him quetions from deans books. he anwsered yes to most to all of them which is a good thing but he ask me if i had any down payment money and an escrow letter from the bank stateing if i had money to pay for a home. i told the agent no, and that i didnt need that to make money with him. i told him about assigment contratcs and that i had some stratigies that wld make us profit. he then said that without down payment money and an escrow letter from the bank no real estate agent wld work with me. is that true?

dpuzo's journal
November 18th, 2009 | posted by dpuzoIt's November 18th 2009, and this is the start to my journal. I don't even have Dean's book yet, but quickly learned by reading an "about me" from someone else in this group that starting a journal is a great way to make progress. So here I am! It's actually pretty funny....I'm so excited to get started on reading Dean's book that when I saw the UPS truck pull into my street a few hours ago, I ran for the door only to be left disappointed that he didn't stop at my house. I kinda felt like a poor little kid who might wake up on Christmas morning asking why Santa didn't leave any presents. WOW!

Contract Questions???
November 16th, 2009 | posted by Epidemic2115Confused.......
I'm not sure exactly what i am supposed to do when it comes to writing up a contract. do i write the contract then show it to the seller than an attorny? Do I ask an agent or attorny for a contract that would work. the seller has informed me that he only accepts offers from people who take the time out to write a contract. very ubderstandable. but how do i know if my contract is legal. do i shjow it to the attorny or an agent before the seller see it? Hittin a roadblock......Any response would help.
