To get most the answers you need, go over to the main section, which is just to the left on this website & click on top users. When you do that, then go to their profile page & right above it you'll see "track" which is all the subjects they have posted or participated in. You will find tons of info & it will answer a lot of your questions.
As for finding CASH buyers, you need to attend your local REI club monthly & get everyone's business cards. You will then have buyers in place.
Good Luck & just keep reading & learning. I know how you feel & you want to take off quickly, but it does take patience as you learn everything. Even if it takes 1 or 2 years to get fully off the ground, It will still be better than working a regular job, working your whole life, to be broke when you retire.
