I just placed an ad, So many Fisherman, so little time. What did one property investor say to the other property investor?

It's like walking on air...or so I presume.

I intend to know for certain.

Hello fellow investors(althought I have not closed a deal yet).

My name is Tony and I just wanted to share my thoughts about being an investor.
I've had a strong desire to invest in real estate since the 80's and althought a did have a very nice 3 story brick town house that I was fixing up while living in it. I have not done anything since then. I lost the property do to not having my paper work in order.
I have purchased almost every real estate course that came out and even purchased one guys course twice.
I feel that right now I have every thing that I need(except the confidence) to be sucessful especially since investing does not require any money or credit(both of which would be a hinderance for me). But I can't seem to get my self going with it.

Being an insomniac,I watched several late night DG and other investment Promos for over a month.
I finally decided to make a commitment to change my situation and chose DG.
Since it was only a $19.95 investment and I liked Deans youthful exuberance and verve, I sent for his 2 books. That was at the end of May 2010.

Well, here it is 2 months has gone by almost to the day
when I first I called up this website and was so amazed at the support it gives.

The last time I endeavored to get into REI,was more than 20 years ago with a well known name involving, books,tapes,and lessons step by step to achieve wealth.
It was good to a point,as, back then there was certainly no website like this one. Besides the cost of that program was in the 3 digits!

House under contract with a buyer (Lease Option) for $320,000.00. Home has a current appraisal of $318,000.00. Tenant buyer is willing to put $40,000.00 down and make monthly payment of up to $3,000.00 for no more than a 24 month period. They are VERY sure that they will be able to refinance with in that 24 months period, possibly 12 months and pay the balance off.

The pay off to current owner is $230,000.00.

Will I'm new and I'm done. Done being unemployed and/or under-employed (since 01/2001). Done barely scraping by and counting on the good graces of others (Food stamps, grants, gifts, and welfare) Done with trying to find a job counting on another to make wise business decisions so that I wind up in the same situation. Done with trying to find a job in what is a dead end economic recovery. I am DONE.

I've got goals and plans I need to see fulfilled. I've ordered the 1st two books that are now on special. Should be here in a day or two. I've just now ordered 1 Think A Little Different in Real Estate - DVD and Your Town Your Real Estate Profits - Book. I've known real estate is the way to go and now I'm done waiting for enough money to start. I'm DONE. Now I will begin.
