My Daily Property Program

I have never done this before because I never thought about it. Based upon the success I have had, it makes sense to do it. I do alot of things many never thought about, that all contribute to my success.

Some background on me. I started investing in real estate at age 19. I begun in Brooklyn, New York and after selling a few years later at a nice profit, I decided to keep buying real estate. That one deal began a love affair with real estate that to this day, over 20 years later, still exists.

I have bought and sold millions of dollars worth of real estate. I have bought and sold notes as well.

I kept on educating myself. I read books, magazines, went to investor club meetings. I networked with many people before it had the formal name of networking.

New investor

Hi; I have gotten 3 of Dean's books and am devouring them. I have finished "Your Town Your Real Estate Profits" ( I read that in PDF form while I was waiting for my books to arrive ) and I also have "Profit from Real Estate Right Now" I just Recently bought "Be a Real Estate Millionaire and am reading it now. I haven't joined my local REI club, but I plan to do that in the next two weeks. I have been actively pursuing deals and I have two real estate agents looking for deals in my area. I have a couple of deals I'm working on, I just need to find the funding. I have a funder that will fund flips but I'm not sure how to structure deals so I can get out of it if I can't find a buyer.

Makeba's New Begining in the RE World.

Well today is Saturday at about 11pm. I came to deans sight to look for possible buyers. But then I got so involved in reading and found that maybe I should start a journal so that I can reflect back to where I started and how far I progress.

I have to say that when I first started it was a year and a half ago. I have come so close only to see my deals fall threw every time.

But with the help of a good friend and amazing partner I have gotten back up again with the hope that since I have failed now is my time for success.

The first thing we are working on is our buyers list.

So far we have run classified ads online, called for rent , we buy houses, and why rent when you can own ads and I have even posted a video on Youtube.

Today was a good day!!

Lately my life has been like a roller coaster ride. I'm up, down, and then back up again. My children are back in school, I'm in college, my oldest son who suffers from many medical problems just got sick again, I'm trying to manage a household, and I'm working so hard to make my first deal happen.

Sean's Journal - I'm in the race?..but I can't drive yet!

So I've had Dean's books for about a year now, and long story short I bought them for more reasons than learning to invest in Real Estate. As such I wasn't motivated to start right away, but I did join the DG family website, and continued to watch the weekly blogs.

Well in the last few weeks I've been convinced to get started and joined the Set for Life program. My plan was orginally to dive deep into all the materials. Start with learn, learn, learn..and as I was learning both the strategies and system to start building a buyer's list, line up banks, build my team and get my marketing started. the plan was to be fully active within 3 weeks.

I need help closing deals!!!

Hello everyone! My name is Maya, and I live in Northeast Ohio. I read Deans books and purchased the success academy. I have a buyers list built, but am now trying to find the 'discounted properties'. I have to start off doing assignment of contracts, but am not sure how to do this. Everything I'm finding is either an REO or foreclosure. People seem to have smaller cash budgets where I'm at, and back to back closings just aren't feasable. I need to make some deals soon!

Can anyone give me some insight?

BryanSr.'s Journal To Success

My first post on my journal comes at 12:28am here in California. Sacramento to be exact. Something just hit me and said if I don't do it now, I won't do it ever.
And I thought, that's it. Thats what I've been missing.

Without going into to much detail. I'm not in the best of situations. Property has official been foreclosed on, owner never told me, now me wife and son have to go. But silver line, we have an offer for cash for keys, which kind of helps out. No job, one of those state workers that got laid off in 08 and has since not yet bounced back. No car, no money. And a bunch of other stuff.

I believe that real estate is an opportunity like no other

For some time now I have been reading real estate investing books, borrowed money that I didnt have for an expensive program not knowing that I had to pay another $15,000 for a mentoring program for only 1 strategy.
Here is a little backround on myself. I live in Hawaii, born n raised. There is not one person in my family that is wealthy. Always renting n struggling. I dont want that life for my family. Last year I had made $18,000 NET! thats after working over 1200 hours. When I hear that people are locking up deals n assigning them for $10k its just amazing.
