I been working my butt off to close a deal, I'm in debt again with the Academy, my luck suck my computer die, if you been reading my journals all I been having is bad luck. I want this to work so bad but something keeping putting thing in my way. my fight is gone!! I'm behind in my bill and now no computer to work on. all my life I help friends full their dream and how I can't full my dream life suck,I know Dean will said don't give up but no one have this must bad luck in a year and this year is not done. I told myself this is my year and the people around me tell me its going to happen. I build myself over and over to come back to this I have buyer I have a owner that want me to buy her east shore properties but I looking for her a buyer. I wish all of you the best

Steve and Veronica’s Real Estate Journal. I have said in the past, I did not want to post anything on a deal, until the deal closed. I felt that it is not a deal until it is closed. I see so many other DG Family members writing about offers they make trying to get a deal done and I realized that is part of the deal so I should write about our real estate experiences good and bad. I have a lot to say to catch up here with this first post.

soo after reading Deans books profit from real estate right now and be a real estate millionaire I quickly started posting ads all over craigslist and made a few ads today. One think though I didnt start out by making the 1-800 number I gave my real number. well after a few hours a lady called for a home I posed on craigslist (its not really for sale its my dads home). I politely told her that the home is under contract and it will be closing soon so I asked her if I can find her a home 10-30% off FMV and she said yes. to my suprise she is a real estate agent looking for a home for herself, if I find a deal that is not within the MLS then I have a deal. I've took down her information and quickly made an another ad on craigslist in the wanted real estate section

Aloha All,

I have put a property that my partner and I want to wholesale. As this is my first one I am unsure as to how to present it. Does anyone have format that you follow in presenting the property to potential wholesale buyer and rehabbers? I have a list of buyers that I would like to email the info out to but I am unsure as to exactly what to say and what to show as for the property.

Any suggestions out there?

OK. Last year I bought and read "Be A Real Estate Millionaire" and thought it was (and still is) a great book. I hit the ground running, but ran out of steam during the first month. I have no money and bad credit and I let that get in my way whenever a Realtor brought it up. So I gave up trying, but deep down inside I knew I can do it. So one night last week I saw Dean's infomercial (the one when he's driving home and talking in the camera) and that made me check out this website. WOW! The support is family-like!

Unrelated to any RE topic and maybe this is not appropriate. I just want everyone to pray for my husband, he has prostrate cancer and will begin his radiation therapy tomorrow. I know prayer is powerful when done in mass quantity!

Hello DG Family,
Thank you everyone for your support, thoughts, and prayers for my husband's issue with prostate cancer. He finally finished a full week of radiation and so far he is doing okay. He has experienced fatigue but other than that he is doing pretty good. He is up and about trying to go about his daily activities.

Not quite sure where to start but here goes nothing... I ordered Dean's BARM book last October (2009) after being laid off from a decent paying job. I had seen a few of his infomercials, but really just assumed that he was like "the others" and took no action. Then, I was up one late night watching tv when another one of Dean's infomercials came on. It was almost like I had tunnel vision, something he said caught my attention and I couldn't do anything but focus (and I am so glad that I did pay attention . After watching, I thought "what do I have to lose, the whole $19.95 that the book would cost me"? Heck, I usually spend that on my lunch sometimes. Being out of employment with 2 small girls was hard for my fiance and I, but I felt that this would be a way to get back on track.
