Investing Journals

NV Investor Journal

Today I started my investment journal and I am excited to share my investing activities. I look forward to speaking with other DG Members. I am working with Indiana-Joe these past few days as he is helping me with real estate investing. We have worked on building buyer's lists, finding real estate agents, using various ways to market to find buyers and sellers.

I look forward to networking with other investors in the greater Las Vegas area and I look forward to hearing from others DG Memebrs through-out the country. Today I will order my new business cards as I continue to network and look for deals in my area.

Can someone share their success story?

Would love to hear some success stories!!! Smiling

My name is Rayshaun I. Addison. I reside in the NYC in the borough of the Bronx. I am 25 years old, seeking to building wealth through Real estate using the awesome techniques Dean Graziosi is instilling. 1 Step Forward, 2 Steps Back

Hello again DG Family,

Question to all......

I'm still new to this...so my question is this: Is it really possible? I know it is but I'm just not seeing it in my situation. I make 600 a month, no bank account, live w/ my parents @ 27, absolutely crap credit after a reposession, debt in the teens, a town of 1200 ppl, only text b/c can't afford a phone w/ minutes, and no one in my family or friends circle have any investing experience and guess what?....all nay-sayers. I don't even own a suit and my car has been wrecked twice (bought it that way) noticably. How could anyone trust me with their financial situation if I look low class?

The TrustPoint Chronicles

Hi, my name is Bill Pohl, my company is TrustPoint Financial Group (TFC), and I have found Dean and DG.com to be a breath of fresh air in the real estate industry. I ordered his books in March 2010, even though I saw his commercials for months. After reading his book and visiting DG.com, I had an epiphany. I decided to rewrite my company’s focus by stripping away all of the negative energy that had accumulated over the last 10 years and begin anew. I didn’t take this endeavor lightly.

Greenacres

Hi, Rina and members!!

This is my first journal post. I'm a newbie that's taking action steps as I can. After gleaning through Dean's video and taking advantage of the conference calls, it made most sense for me to begin with Assignments.

I found two possible properties that are great deals. I tried to get a list of "cash properties sold over the last 90 days" list from a realtor, but he said he couldn't get it for me, not even when he checked with the MLS help desk (hotline)I'm in New Mexico.

TeriR's Journal

I thought I started one but I guess I went to the wrong place. anyway...I hope to keep this journal up and it would be nice to look back and see how far I have come...

There is just so much to do!!! No, I am NOT complaining...I am loving this. I already posted my situation somehwere else. So I won't bore you with details here. What I would love to do is keep track of what I have done...hopefully posting everyday.

If I post everyday then I will know I have done something towards my goal, no matter how small, and at this point I am afraid that this all I can do... is to take baby steps until I get a grasp of everything. I am learning so much I don't want to get overwhelmed(sp?). That's a good thing...I have never got so much for so little...what does that tell you?
