"Mortgage Fraud"

Is there anyone out there that knows the ins and outs of this topic? I have stumbled accross this topic about 2 weeks ago and decided to look into it more.

What I found was shocking and just down right wrong in a sense that the banks would do that to people... If anyone has more insight on this topic, please do not be afraid to share... Thank you

Kevin G's Journal

Time to begin keeping track of my progress and any pitfalls (though I'm leaning more toward the former!). There are so many things I could have posted on here in the past two months, but I suppose I have years ahead, so no worries. I'll still post some of the things I have already accomplished and just keep it going from there. I'll also post links to useful tidbits, websites, etc. and hope that I can eventually provide a few nuggets of my own. I hope to make this useful to you (and me) through the information relayed/shared or in providing you with that extra motivational push for today to JUST KEEP GOING!

Looking to network

Is there any one in Jacksonville, Florida? I am just getting started and looking for a few people who have the same mind frame and goals in my area, becoming a real estate millionaire. Maybe we could help each other.
Send me a message if your interested, we could get through it together.

Credit problem

Hi i'm new at this how do i get a loan from the bank with bad credit to build and profit.will somebody help me with this question?

excited and scared

So I got my book about two weeks ago I have been reading and reading, and highlighting and highlighting. I will say that though I get the idea I am still very lost- I am thinking about getting in the success academy, and I would love to do a deal every week as a goal, but I am having a lot of fear that I won't be able to do this in my area, or find buyers, or not get taken on a deal...
I hope that my 'game plan' is a good one can anyone let me know if it is?
1. find buyers (still unsure how to do this)
2. find houses that buyers are wanting (that is easy)
3. lock them up at 30-50% off FMV (that is something I am afraid of)
4. Set up the paperwork (also something that worries me)
5. cash in (this is the part that I fear won't happen)
6. do it again and again

NadineR's REI journey - it WILL happen!

I'm starting this journal to help keep myself accountable. And to keep myself moving forward. Any input and insight I can gain from this DG site and family is always greatly appreciated.

I'm a Realtor in Lancaster County, PA and I'm starting my REI ventures by wholesaling, doing lease/options and joining an investor's team first. Then progressing from there to eventually have my own properties and having my own funds to make the deals happen.

Let the journey begin...

Hard money!

Is hard money a good thing or bad, how does that work and would i have to mess with my good credit?
I'm searching forms now for more info... I have deals that I want to do out I have a funding issue.
