Hello Everyone, I thought that I should share this information with you since so many folks were talking about their credit status. I’m sharing my 12 plus years of experience as a Banker/ Branch Manager/ and Sale Team Leader (Regional Manager) of a major US banking. How do you build or rebuild your credit?

Hi Everyone.

Finally decided to start a journal. A little history about me. Moved out to Tempe, AZ in June 2009 and bought a Planet Beach Franchise on creative/seller financing. I am getting married on May 8, 2011 and have chosen to pursue one of my dreams as an Real Estate Investor with the help of Dean Graziosi, his crew of great trainers and of course the DG family.

Looking forward to getting my first deal notched on the belt. I attented the Edge 2010 event and probably met some of you there. I thoroughly enjoyed watching all the presenters, especially Joe & Stacey because they are just such genuinely nice, caring people.

I've always thought that my most valued investments are in myself. Now I'm just using Real Estate investing as another means to produce wealth.
And not having much wealth at this point means that I have to leverage my time. So I have begun at this site as a bird dog. I have sent many properties to many investors and look to find more properties for many more investors. At this point, it just involves my time. Of course, being well paid for our time is what we hope to acheive. A new journal to fill with my wishes, hopes, dreams, prayers, and of course my SUCCESSES!! Onward and Upward!!

This is not a real estate topic but a "money" topic. Does anyone know of any venture capitalists that would be interested in Crude Oil? Here is a brief synopsis:

The Crude Oil is Basra Light coming from the Persian Gulf. Obviously, it will be coming by boat.

The exact quantities are not known right now. A Crude Oil Supply Agreement with a refinery needs to be in place first to get an allocation from the Iraqis.

I doubt the allocation would be for over 2 million barrels per month.

The agreement will NOT REQUIRE that they purchase anything from the investor, but the investor will be the ultimate buyer.

What took me so long to do this? I have been watching and participating in these Forums for a while now, And i think its time that i start my Journal for myself to understand were i started and were i will end up. I am not full of knowledge about Real Estate but i am making it work. I have been a member of the success acadamy for almost a year. I will start to post all of my deals soon, I just want to say thanks to All that have Helped me threw. And thanks to all for all your posts that bring knowledge and support to all. Keep up the good work!

Hi Everyone

I would love to hear your stories about experience with either RESA or "The Inner Circle". I may be joining one very soon and need to make as educated of a decision as possible. BTW I have someone calling me tomorrow about the "Inner Circle" and have already been interviewed for the RESA.

I have very limited money and credit and not a lot of time either but tons of determination. I need to make the right decision for me and hearing your stories would probably be a huge help.

After listening to this week's blog, I really thought about what I love to do. Well, for me, it is coaching kids. I was a pretty successful wrestling coach a few years ago taking my middle school team to a 24-1 record over two seasons. After getting out of that position, I felt something missing in my life. I realized how important that coaching is to me and the kids that I coach. Sooooo... I went online and applied for wrestling coach positions and I was offered a position as a coach in New Jersey. Feels great to be doing what I love again and being back on the mat. Thanks again, Dean for the great advice.

I started my Success Academy enrollment in mid July, but I have been having trouble getting my first deal, let alone my fifth. So I decided to start my journal in hopes it will help me get to the next step.

I started this oct 4 of 2010, my goal is to take it step by step and not give up. right now im on page 210-be a real estate millionaire.. the book has alot to offer. i got the book for free at a 6 hour seminar. i really have no money and bad credit.. Really!!!
at the seminar i was pumped up. but then when the got to the part on how much it will cost to 3 day class i almost cryed . cause i only had $7 to my name..
the they offered a second then 3ed class. but i still only had $7 to my name. then to make it worst dean did not show up... lol
