today is not a holiday about religion, although i thank God for it.
today is a day to be officially thankful.
i know there are people on this site that are more successful than others.
i know there are people that are struggling to get started here.
i also know that all the people here are not only striving for a better life, but are among friends that share similar goals.
i also know that we should all be thankful.
thankful for our health our families and our dg family.
happy thanksgiving and success to all.
never forget how blessed and lucky we all are.

I have been hearing so much about it because my girlfriend (KJanson7) and I purchased the Insider's Edge DVDs and have watched every single DVD multiple times. I have been on the site before but I finally registered as a user.
Well I just wanted to get a journal started because this will keep me honest and hopefully coming to the site more and more to fill everyone in as far as how things are going for us.

I have already taken some steps toward my real estate investing goals, but they have all been preparatory. While this activity is positive and constructive, I understand it is not the key to success with real estate investing or anything else for that matter. Adequate preparation must be applied through appropriate and continuous action. So, here I am at a fork in the road of my life. It is likely that this could be the most profound and defining moment I will ever encounter. Before me exists two paths. The path of the known and the path of the unknown.

As I was contemplating and planning about my retirement plans, I realized I can not retire yet (I'm on my retirable age now). I thought I needed to do some drastic change in my life aside from my JOB, in order to retire with dignity and also be able to help my children whenever they needed help. I prayed for guidance and wisdom.
I accidentally saw Dean's infomercial on TV one night. It caught my attention. I said to myself, I'll buy his book just to help and support his project (I identified him like my son, it touched my heart), not realizing he will be the channel of blessings to my family. I immediately dialed the number on the screen to order his book.

November 23rd, 2010 | posted by rexinazI purchased Dean's book over a year ago with the idea of finding more about the business and I'm so proud to say that this is the best $30.00 I ever spent in my life. After I read the book I gave it to my husband and we both started networking and following Dean's advise. To make this story short, we just want to say that we have four positive cash rentals and had accomplished eleven flips on the last 11 months. One flip per month. We live in Surprise, Arizona and even on this market, we are making money. We love the business and get an addrenaline rush every time we get one. This is addictive and we are living our dream.
Thank you Dean for giving us the push to start and for keeping us morivitaded to continue.

I mean I have tried so many other money making projects in the pass to no avail, but I just believe that this one is it! Can't invest in the Academy so hopefully the information in the Profit from Real Estate Now will not only get me started but keep me going.....

This is my first journal entry, and, I have to tell you all just how excited I am about Dean's Program and my future! I have been through many real estate seminars in the last 4 years and have not found the quality of material/reference/and support that you have here with DG... and, it's a lot less expensive with a lot more to offer!
I spent the last 3 days at the Insider's Edge Workshop in a beautiful new Hilton and had a great time. I learned a lot of the new laws that affect the way investors have to operate even since Aug. of 2010 now. Very informative speakers.
