Whats best way to approach a seller on a IEE deal?

Hey Everyone, It's good to be back, well back writing on this site even though i haven't wrote much before. I will now!

These are the things I am going to do to get started on the right track:
1.Read
2.Study
3.Spend more time on DG.Com
4.Read more
5.Study more
6.Take action

So the thing I'm going to do today is start reading Dean's books again and post in my journal. Do the 30 day fast start audio and do the 15 min. of fulfillment. I'm also going to start doing online typing course, computers are the only thing that scares me as much as my ex-wives ha ha. I have almost 30 years experience in construction and no experience with computers, if I could work on computer with a hammer and a saw then I would be pretty good

Hi there every one from the Dg. family its been a while since i had written any report i want
to tell you what i have been working with. Before i get start talking about my realestate ideas
it all started around i think all most 1 year and a half on may my om sufferded a stroke and at least 3
seizers. We have not even celebrated the last Christmas.And i went back to school will graduate in may 2011
the only time i have to study is at 3 am or at the library every day I will be a patient care technition I have been out of work
for about 6 years.....I mean when a grone man of the age of 42 has to borrow 20 dollrs for gas from your parents thats a total
low point in life............

Now i need your help I have a person who wants to rent to buy.

I'm taking a break, and I was reading some of the remark on this week blog, and I remember that dark day I feel like his friend but I was so glad to come here and see all the love the families show me. I have a better buyer list and I been working with investor from Canada to Miami. I’m learning so much from them. How I have new Investor calling me. I tell them to sign up on DG Family site. I told one person how I use my book as my bible. Well I have to go

Did anyone print out the agent letter and sent it to the real estate agents,if you did how did it work for you?

Well I have found 2 investors. Still looking for more. Also I am looking for sellers . slow start but it is progress and I thank GOD for that

The closing lasted 10 mins, because it was cash. I originally spoke with a local investor whose rates and fees were through the roof. So, I started to tell people that I am buying and flipping properties now, and I'm always looking for More Investors. Then, I found a gent who removed his money from an annuity (paying less than 1%) and loaned it to me for 6%.

I plan to flip his money twice this month!!

I also, for the same seller, left a $1k earnest money check with the same attorney to lock up the 2nd REO property. They have only given me until 2/19 to close, but I already have an investor offering me $98k for this one. (I got it for $85k)

This is a great start for me. I'm really excited!
