I seen a reall good deal for 28,000 a 3/1 i believe the house is worth 45,000 or 50,000.If i borrow money from a hardlender for 35,000 can one of the deans students who have thought of this idea can you plese give me some pointers.I dont have a definate buyer but i believe i can make alot of money on this.Please please give some ideas.
